High Bounce Balance Bike Adjustable from 11''-16'' (Black)

The tires ARE NOT solid Rubber. The item is NOT as described. It is of poor quality. I received a black and red bike despite the description being silver. The guards for the bike do not fit over the hardware. The tires are made of foam and not solid rubber. It is not something you would want your young child to learn to ride on. I would not purchase this item again. I would not purchase from this seller again.

The bike was bought for toys for tots. It is the a really good built bike every good quality.
