Exceeded expectations
This is a great product. It sure beats putting the keyboard on my desk top. Plus i can slide it under the desk and it's completely out of the way. I don't know what some are talking about that the instructions don't tell you exactly how to do it and all. Within 10 minutes of opening the box, I had it installed and functioning. I didn't notice any kind of position that I couldn't put it in. The only thing that I did change on it was about a week after originally installing it, I took it off and moved it about 6 inches off-center. That was just a preference thing and I felt like it was just a more comfortable position. The only negative that I've seen so far is that once the keyboard is tilted at a certain angle, the mouse won't stay on the mouse shelf--it keeps sliding off in the floor. That would be stopped if there was a small lip on the shelf. As the saying is, "If that's all you've got to complain about..."Overall, it feels very solid and all of the mechanisms feel as if they are well made. The bearings on the slide are tight and smooth, when you adjust it and put it in one place it stays, it just feels like a solid product. Much better than some of the flimsy cheaper models. Go ahead and spend an extra 30 or 40 bucks on a more expensive tray like this one and get away from the cheap plastic junk of some of the other products that will not stay still and support more than 5 pounds. You'll not regret the quality.EDIT...After 3 years of almost everyday use, still a great product. Haven't had 1 minute of trouble. Definitely on my list of "best buys."

sturdy, quality, good purchase!
My husband had no issues installing. These are made with metal and heavy duty plastic. The mouse tray slides to the right or to the left, as you wish. I use a large ergonomic keyboard and it fits on the tray OK. I can recommend these to anyone wanting to find a quality tray for their desk.

Very Good Quality
The keyboard tray is solid, adjustable and functions reliably. The sliding mouse tray is a bit wobbly in its track, but is sturdy when resting my hand on the mouse.
