I'm the type of person who will avoid buying clothes that need to be ironed. But now that I travel so much, it's impossible to keep even wrinkle-free clothes looking nice and pressed. So this travel steamer is perfect for keeping packed/rolled up clothes looking professional and pressed. The best part about it is that it's easy to use. You fill up the water container and you're ready to go once it starts steaming. And unlike standing steamers, it's quite affordable. The steamer is compact, convenient, and gets the job done. Very satisfied with this purchase!

I will start out by saying I have a lot of shirts that needed ironing and I hated having to get out the iron whenever I wanted to wear one. So I did some online searching and found this little guy. This thing is really no bigger than a tall cup of coffee. When I put it to work it heated up very fast and cranked out the steam making short work of my shirts. This is a great product and has a great warranty and company backing. The first one I got would only put out steam intermittently so I got ahold of Amazon and they sent me a return label (no shipping charges) and had a new one on the way to me before I even sent the defective one back. Needless to say my review is based on my second machines performance but I thought it should be know that the company really does stand behind their product and warranty. I would definitely by this again and am thinking about giving one for a gift. Oh I forgot to mention the twenty dollar price tag is a deal for what this thing does

This is a great steamer! Small enough to throw in your suitcase or carry on, heats up quickly, and is all around easy to use.My ONLY complaint is that if you fill the water all the way up to the fill line it will sputter and spit large amounts of water all over you and your clothes at first (plus, the water is HOT) BUT if you just fill it a little below the fill line then it doesn't seem to do it.Other than that, this thing works great and I highly recommend it!

I could cry, cuz I left it in my hotel room. When I had to immediately go on another trip the following weekend for a wedding. I had different steamer sitting on a shelf I had purchased as a gift from a FB ad and forgotten to give it, so I popped that in my suitcase. Big mistake. The other steamer was not good, and even the steam from the hotel iron didn't work on the chiffon on my wedding guest dress. BOO! Please bring this JSD steamer back in stock! My favorite little travel steamer! The gray pouch does blend into the background of a hotel closet, though, so store it in your suitcase when traveling, not the closet.

This is 4 years old and has been working great. Recently noticed a burning smell when I used it. I couldn’t tell where it was coming from - cord felt cool. Noticed this melted area and it does smell burnt. I will toss this item and buy another brand. Just something to be aware of

This steamer is awesome! I went on vacation and it took up little space in my luggage. It is so easy to fill and use. The cord is a great length. It heats up fast too. I decided to steam all of my outfits at once and did have to refill the water a few times, but I knew going into it that I wanted a travel size steamer and would have to refill. I have not used my full size steamer since I got this one. It is so easy to use and less work than my other portable full size steamer.

Works like it is supposed too, it boils water to make the steam, at the start it does have the potential to spit some small water, but in my use and the way the top nozzle is made it is far and between. It is small enough to fit in luggage and comes with a handy storage bag, wish I would had this years ago instead of looking for an iron, board etc.....Just as an additional information, the first one I received in had some major scratches on the side, like it was dropped or something, contacted the seller and sent a replacement SUPERFAST, even before I sent the other on back, now that is a seller!! THANKS!
