Garbage; do not buy. Uncomfortable, pneumatic cylinder failed within a year, poor overall quality.

I do not like that there is very little padding on the seat. I also thought the lumbar support would be better.

Chair worked fine for a month, started squeaking after a few weeks and then the metal frame in the back of the chair snapped after 4 months. i am 180 pounds and no other chair has done this ever

Works great. I didn't put even need to put on the arm rests or the foot rest.
