We had reviewed all the other hot tub replacement cover ads, and it seemed that most of the reviews on them were not very good, some with nightmare outcomes with the process, the seller, and the product.When we came to this seller, the reviews were different and very favorable. So we decide to order with this company, they were a bit more expensive, but not that much for a quality product. All I can say is all the whole process was seamless. The customer service was outstanding. Can you believe it, our order came in 3 weeks, other customers with other company's, waited up to 3 months. The previous cover we had was very nice and it lasted 10 years and we had no complaints about the manufacturing of it, but we must admit, that we are pretty impressed with this product. It was manufactured to protection, and is even better than we had or imagined. Every thing about the process was done incredibly easy with out hassle or worry. When we get day light we will come back with a picture.Anyway we would diffidently, without a doubt recommend to all my friends and you.

I measured for the size using their diagrams and they later called me for clarification on one item which I verified. They built it to order and it fits perfectly and I’m very happy with the new look and the price I paid. Delivered to the front porch.

I ordered this with 1/2 inch more on all sides. My hot tub is installed close to the deck railing that has post topper, so sometimes my old cover would get stuck on the railing when closing. Now I can slide it back a bit when I close it and adjust easily after it was closed. It still covers very well and holds the heat in. The fold is narrower than my last cover, so we did need to adjust the cover stand a little. W did empty the tub to do that accurately, but that was no big deal. It is good to change and the clean the water regularly anyhow. It has been on our hot tub for a month and I am very happy with it. It took about 6 weeks from order to delivery.

I ordered my spa cover and was immediately contacted by their service team. They emailed me and then called me to make sure all my measurements and requirements were met. It took only a couple of weeks and my cover was being shipped. It made it 80 miles from my home where it was handed off to a different shipping company. Who then promptly lost it. The spa cover people were all over it. They stayed in contact with me and got me a replacement cover coming quickly and made sure i was happy when the lost cover was by no fault of their's. I absolutely love my new cover. Excellent quality and the best customer service ever

This cover is very sturdy. It's thicker, yet lighter, than my previous cover. The fit was perfect, but that's really up to you and your ability to measure you hot tub properly. Mine arrive exactly as I had ordered it. Be prepared to wait, as these are custom made for your hot tub. Be patient and you will be rewarded with an excellent product. They will contact you if they have any questions so keep an eye on your email and Amazon order. They may have follow up questions about the measurements if they are not 100% sure, which is hat you want. The cover comes with new slide locks on the tie-down straps that you install on the hot tub yourself. This wasn't clear in the description so I was glad to see them when it arrived.

MySpaCover was really easy to work with. They gave me all the tools to measure the tub. I second guessed my ability to take the measurements correctly and took them 4 times. After a few nail biting weeks waiting for the cover to arrive, it did and was a PERFECT fit.The quality is great, better than the cover I was replacing.There are a lot of color choices which I liked because I'm pretty particular.Great company, great customer service and excellent product! I would order from them again (hopefully no time soon!!)

I contacted the seller due to a tear in the cover on the inside approximately 18 inches long on the seam. I sent the photos they requested and was told:Your warranty was presented to management, Engineering, QC, and Production Department. Unfortunately, this is not something that would be covered under warranty, because it is not something that would be considered a manufacturing defect, or failed due to defects in materials or workmanship. We are sorry to inform you but this Warranty has been denied as this is not a Fail due to Workmanship or Manufacturing Defect.They also (in another response) stated:We apologize but tearing of the vinyl caused by excessive weight, caused by rainwater snow, or any other acts of God is not covered under warranty. Please see attached warranty. They are referring to the second photo of the tags which did get a tear due to the seam being ripped (which was a different location than the first tear.Customer service said they would resubmit it, that was over three weeks ago.I would not recommend this company due to the false statement of having a 5 year warranty.
