Like the reviewer before me, I found the the instructions to be appalling. So much so that I still haven't figured out how to attach the wheels, or why I have 2 orange bits and 2 more black pieces that don't seem to go anywhere and are definitely not even referenced in the instructions. The ladder itself seems sturdy, but in the absence of understandable instructions I had to take to YouTube to try to figure out how to safely use it (I've not used a telescopic ladder before), and I am still not confident. Also, it is not lightweight, it is so heavy that I struggle to get up the stairs and I am now back online trying to find a more simple, lightweight ladder.

Transported by airline east coast to west coast and back. Stored in rental car. Great job site ladder. Way cheaper than renting a ladder. Will use on the road for the next 7 months.

I'm a home and roof inspector. Needed something versatile. I climb 2-3 roofs a day and 4 home inspections a week. This was the scariest ladder I've used. Very unstable, hard to take down when it's in A frame mode. When it's fully extended, it's so wobbly. It doesn't click into place well. If I was a home owner and used it once a month or less, meh. As a professional........ I'm returning it.

Very nice and strong ladder, which I use for home inspections...It meets most height requirement and is built for heavy duty handling. Also, I have a 4 door hyundai sedan and it folds and fits in my trunk neatly which is more convenient than purchasing a flat bed truck. The telescopic technique takes a little time to collapse and without much hassle. Perfect buy!

Poor poor instructions. Not clear how to connect wheels or extra parts. Lug nuts that don’t fit and screws that are too short for the back bar.

Very hard to use

This ladder is pretty amazing. I now have every outdoor ladder I need all in one small space. Now to find a little one for inside the house.
