Like some things you buy on the internet. The Picture looked way better than the actual product (I will try to update later with an actual picture.Plus the screw positioning is on the left and righthand sides of the product symetrically rather than the offset screws in the picture. Why does this matter, well, basically you can only sink one screw into a beam for anchoring, while the other one you have to use a wall anchor. Not that a Toilet paper holder has a lot of weight to it (even if you are adding a cellphone, but realistically speaking what if someone bumps into it, or whatever. That second screw in the drywall is not going to hold up.The finish on the actual TP holder is more like the color of something painted silver (all be it nicely done), but you can tell (by scratching on the back of the product with my thumbnail) that the finish is not going to hold after 100 uses of laying and picking up your phone from that tray (natural wear and tear on a paint job), where as if this was a solid product, that was silver by nature as opposed to "making" it silver, chances are that you have less of this wear and tear. The bonuses, are it seems built pretty solidly, and arrived about a week earlier than what was predicted. So, in the long run is it EXACTLY what I wanted, probably not... but maybe my expectations where too high for a $12 product. Am I going to get my money's worth out of it. Most likely.
