Review: Quite Effective, I'm happy - I experienced relief from the aching in my forearms within a few minutes, and over the period of a week the numbness in my hands diminished. This is with daily wear for most of the day and sometimes at night. I am nearly normal after two weeks so I'm pretty pleased. I'm not convinced that copper has much to do with it, but I suppose it doesn't hurt. I think the braces which stabilize the wrists and allow rest is probably what is helping the inflamation to settle down and heal. I'm glad I tried these. They have been very effective for me.

This wrist brace offers good support for my wrist and is more comfortable than the wrap they gave me at the doctor. It’s comfortable enough to sleep in and easy to adjust. My pain levels are way lower than with the wrap I got at the doctor. The reason for 4 stars is because the hand part feels a bit large, but to be fair I sort of have proportionally small hands. My fingers are able to move way easier than the wrap, which is a huge plus. Overall: • Comfortable • Fits well (for wrist part, larger around the hand) • Supportive • Easy to adjust • Allows full finger movement
