Good but difficult to understand
I thought this book was very good to read but like Robert and the dog walker it was hard to understand Brilliant book about greed ,assasination, betrayed, confidence and love in between kids and their parents a story a bit about the French and the English because the princess marries a French king.I am very happy to say to chose this book and read it again and again because it is one of the best books I have ever read. Please buy this book and read all the Shakespeare books because he has an amazing talent for plays and stories.I would recommend this book for 9-17 year old s. This book is good for children teenagers and adults. There is also a free version on the kindle.

Don't they have proof readers?
It seems in the haste to publish another best-seller they did Shakespeare a huge dis-service. As mentioned before the evil Edmund is killed off by his half-brother Edgar only to magically return at the end of the story as the hero! It's all rather sloppy and makes me wonder whether the other books in the series are equally shoddy. Not only is the story wrong, but if you look closely the illustrations for Edgar and Edmund seem muddled on some of the pages. It seems they've really not understood the characters and depicted them in a way that would be quite confusing for children. I bought this for my daughter as we were about to see a Young People's Shakespeare production of King Lear at Stratford, which I should add was fantastic. In fact, a child's ticket for the performance was the same price as this book! They need to revise this edition quickly.
