Well, when I mounted this to my bicycle handlebars I found that the plastic hook's opening is just a little too large. Sometimes when I hit a bump the bag will come loose and fall onto the ground. At high speeds this can be a major inconvenience. I'm not sure what these other funny attachments are for but I have found the attachment with the pointy end to be best for sucking down some cold Gatorade on a hot day. Just one or two suggestions for the manufacture, this unit would be so much more versatile if they were to add backpack-like straps to the water bottle portion, that way I could use it for both biking and hiking. One last item that needs a little improvement is the small plastic clamp that shuts off the Gatorade flow. Sometimes that little fella will slip from the small teeth that hold it in the clamped position. This obviously leads to wasted fluids that could be hydrating my body during an intense workout.
