Read before buying. I usually don’t put reviews. These IOS to HDMI cables do work to mirror the iPhone (I have an IPhone 8) but it will not mirror streaming services like Netflix or DirectTVnow. This is not the fault of the cord itself but due to the streaming services not allowing it or not keeping up with the IOS updates, either way it doesn’t work with them. So if you are planning on buying it for Netflix or DirectTVnow it will NOT work. It will work with most other IOS apps such as YouTube, Facebook among most all others.I found is that it isn’t the greatest quality, if the phone is moved, the connection is lost and then reconnects. For 15 bucks it is ok but doesn’t meet my needs.I read that the only way to use the streaming services is to buy the “Apple lightning port to HDMI” (it has to be an Apple product, not an off brand) but it is around $50.00 USD. I have not verified that the Apple connector actually works but I did read that it did. Good luck.

Only worked once for a couple of minutes. Honestly is a piece of junk. You plug it again and it shows a qr scan code that never ever goes away and only shows a black screen.

I purchased this in order to play content on my iOS device over the video entertainment system in my 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid. Works as advertised. Only complaint would be that I'd prefer the cable to be few feet longer.

Horrible product. The lightning connection was too big and I had to take my case off. As soon as I plugged this in, a QR code showed up on my screen. It wouldn’t mirror phone screen at all. I used the QR code and it took me to an app. I downloaded the app and it wasn't easy to figure out. It didn’t work. It SHOULD be simple, It’s a cable, Plug it in and it works, not take your case off, not need to download an app. Don’t waste your money.

It's weird. I received an email from the seller telling me the order that you have to use for connection. When I do that it works around 10% of the time. 90% of the time it displays a scan code to download an app.

Didnt work for 6th gen ipad. Kids lost the box so can't return it.

Well first off the picture quality quality was bad and then you have to download an app which will update the software not sure what software needs to update, it does not work with Netflix. Save yourself time and money and buy something better.
