Very cute. Great styling. Compliments a curvy hour glass figure. Is a nice golden color. Material has some stretch. Would reccommend.5'5" 170lbs bought large and fit great.

I ordered the black dress for a rehearsal dinner and I received so many compliments! The dress came folded and pretty wrinkled so I ironed it the lowest setting and it looked gorgeous. I ordered a medium and I am 5' 7" 130 lbs with a bust of 34D. I have pretty large hips so i was happy to see that it sinched around the waist and flared out with my hips. The fabric is nice and it's great quality! You can't see the sleeve details in the photo but trust me, this dress was a hit!

I am going to say first of all that this dress is quite pretty. I am 5’9”, 170 lbs., broad shouldered but fit, with a 38DDD chest, and 32” natural waist. I wear medium and large clothes depending on brand and cut. I used the sizing chart and ordered a large, which was too small. I sent it back because I knew that with my amazon build, I would be hard to size. I ended up ordering a 3X and the chest, shoulders, arm length and overall dress length are awesome. I will be getting with a seamstress to take in the waist as this is going to be my wedding gown. I will send in photos on the day of.

This dress was great! I used it for a ballroom dance competition. Add some crinoline to it for extra fluff. I love the top and how it's designed to look like a bolero. Got lots of compliments on it. Paired it with gold dance shoes also purchased on Amazon. Both were great buys!!

Beware: Handwash only, no dryer, steam press. Tag attached to product states very delicate handling procedures. Not a wash and wear type of everyday dress. However, it is ADORABLE and fits my body perfectly. I ordered a small, medium and large. I am 5'1 and 145# with 32DDD. The Large is perfect. Enough room to move whereas the medium fit like a glove but didn't leave moving comfortably room. Absolutely recommend if you have that classic hourglass figure with a big bust like me. I'll probably get a petticoat to go under it but it is perfect office wear without it for now. I am going to buy a bunch more at this price. Classic 1950's dress that isn't too fancy. Nice material that holds it's shape.

I am very surprised just how flattering this dress is on me. The color is more of a spicy mustard/muted gold than beige as my monitor seems to display it, and for me that made it even better. I also got the royal blue and am torn which is my favorite, but both are just lovely. I am 5 feet tall and normally a size 10 and I ordered 2XL and it fits perfectly, so you may have to order 2 sizes larger than your American size. It goes mid shin on me and looks amazing when I wear it with a petticoat. I am not too large on top but there is plenty of room for those who are fuller on top but the waist is definitely smaller, so if you are more hourglass shaped like me, you will really find it fits and enhances your shape. The instructions say medium iron and line dry, but you can machine wash. The dresses come pretty wrinkled due to the packaging but that has been the case with every single dress I have gotten via mail order, so I just washed and am allowing them to hang dry and then will lightly iron. I definitely see myself getting more of these.

Great dress! I usually wear a Small and just in case it ran shorter i ordered a medium. It was a good call cause it fits pretty nicely. Excited to wear it. Keep in mind it does run a bit smaller then regular sizes.

This dress is simple and beautiful. I would definitely suggest ordering a size up. I normally wear a large, but could have used the extra room where the waist/band fell. Because of the detail of the collar, you can go with or without a necklace. I am 5'9" , the hem fell slightly above my knee. I wish it was about and inch or two longer, but I would still consider it classy and modest. I did not wear a petticoat with it as it flared out enough for my taste.I received so many complements ! Will probably order in black :) Can't go wrong with this one ladies.

I bought this dress to a wedding and it was perfect. I love it and cannot wait to wear it again. I am a size 10 and ordered size M and it was a bit big, but not sure what a size smaller would have been like as i didn't have time to send it back. I washed it at 60 but i dont think it shrunk, though washing made the dress hand nicer. It has a nice stretchy material.

Great 50s style dress which I bought for a play but have worn it to work too. Feminine but not prissy! Good quality and nice to have a slightly different neckline to the usual ones.

I'm very fussy buying clothes online, but living in small town doesn't leave much choice.Having read previous reviews I became more worried that this wasn't going to fit right and panic set in as it is needed for the next day.Taking the product out of the bag, it was packed and presented well. The product material is great quality (I really don't understand why those reviews that stated poor quality.) I have bought cheap China products in the past and this is not the same. The lace is great quality and fits very perfect for someone with a "pregnant looking" belly and size B chest. I would dare say if you're any bigger than a C and generally fit into a small the next size up would be best. If you're wanting to puff out your dress I advise a layered petticoat. (I bought that too).So, overall, ignore the poor reviews, (trust me, this is coming from an extremely fussy buyer) this product is good quality and true to size. There is a 30 day money back gurentee if you're not happy with it.

These are really fabulous dresses - with a universally flattering fit and style.Beautful, timeless and classic styled dress that will look BEAUTIFUL on any woman, at any age, any body type.Can't go wrong with these!

The fit is generous it’s more flattering with a belt but the zip quality is poor and it’s not as flattering as I would have hoped.
