Insert disc smooth side facing you!
I unknowingly inserted my dvd the wrong way and contacted customer service to replace the player since it told me “no disc” even though there was a brand new disc inserted . They responded immediately and advised that I insert the dvd with the smooth part facing me. So glad I didn’t return it- I have prime video and Netflix on there and YouTube for my kids to enjoy. The sound is very loud and will drown out the interstate. I am so happy with my purchase. Thank you!

Great Unit
having android on a headrest dvd player is a huge bonus the only down fall is no HDMI input to connect it to a console I had to order a generic one for that feature

Damaged product, charger doesn't work, doesn't hold charge.
Didnt open the product right away since it was my son's Christmas present/gift. Upon opening the product was damaged, most likely through shipping i presume, didn't want to return it because I had an upcoming road trip. However the battery that accompanied it, doesn't work. I used the car charger in the box, the tablet charged but didn't hold charge. After one hour of use the battery was gone. I gave it a 2 star because I really wanted the tablet to be perfect, so I am stuck with a 300 dollar purchase that isn't working to its potential. I feel like a 1 star would be unfair too because all things held constant, this would be a perfect purchase for me.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST
I have had a few of the back seat dvd,,but this is by far the best,,not even close,,it works like a tablet, cant believe they are this cheap,,dont hesitate, you will absolutely love this unit,,my kids take them with them after car ride and use them like a tablet,,cant say enough

Don't buy!
Does not work after less than 2 months. A library dvd is stuck in it because it will not power on.

Used to love it, after 6m...does not work anymore, so disapointed $300 for nothing.

The tablet look good.
Did not like it doesn't play blue ray movies . When you put voice Enhance it doesn't respond. And the power cord ,ac Adapter is cheap .
