LOLLIBRIGHTS - 01/01/17 Last October I submitted a negative review about the Lollibright lollipops purchased for my Grandson's 3rd birthday party. Upon opening one pack of 6 and seeing the LED light bulb glowing very brightly from inside of the lollipop candy, I was immediately concerned about it being a choking hazard (Not true!). I imagined how my little grandson chomps and crunches when he enjoys a lollipop and could also imagine him crunching and swallowing the bulb right along with the candy! I was so concerned about these safety issues that, I'm sad to say we did not pass them out at his party. Before shipping them all back i decided to let my grandchildren try one from the package I had already opened. I watched them like a hawk as they enjoyed, especially my chomping little dinosaur grandson. It was fun to watch their delight and they played with the light stick after the candy was gone. What you can't see from just observing the lollipop in it's individual wrapper is that the LED bulb is enclosed in a clear plastic, tough , "teflon like" lollipop stick. No way could a child bite into that hard plastic! There was no need for my concern about safety issues. These lollipops are completely safe! (And this opinion comes from an overly cautious retired grade school teacher - me!). I rewrote this review because I want to apologize to the Lollibright manufacturers for my hasty 2 star review! Your cute, tasty and imaginative lollipops are not 2 star, they are 5 star! Also when purchasing this product no info came up about how safely made these lollipops were. I hope this review helps anyone who has any concerns about about the safety of these light up candies. We missed out on the fun of using them as favors at my grandson's birthday but now I'm looking forward to passing them out at my granddaughter's birthday party in February! Hopefully they will last till then!

I thought the flavor ok, the shapes cute and the light very bright The on off button worked well I ate the first one and then wasn’t sure if age appropriate for my granddaughters the light tip inside the Lollipop did not break when I gave it a small bite but decided I didn’t trust the little ones who want to chomp everything The older kids thought they were great They are very nice Lollipops I would buy again for little goodie bags

These are really cute. I put them in the kids Christmas stockings. The light makes them fun and different. The only drawback is once the kids start eating it the handle gets sticky and I ended up throwing them away

These were the perfect gift for the friend I bought them for. It was sent with it's own box which was perfect for wrapping. Best of all they didn't send any duplicates...every one was a different flavor. The LEDs are super bright. The person I bought them for cleaned the tips after eating the lollipop and is now using them as mini-flashlights for her car, in junk drawers and in closets.

The kids loved these at an event at my house. I thought the girls would be the main ones to get them but the boys liked them too. I had to help turn some of them on and off. They are colorful and can really make a table look pretty. Turn on a few at random. I will plan to purchase these again.

Got these for a rave event, huge hit! The lights were fun touch to the candy sucker. Great for kids & adults!

We gave one of these to an adult with her card for her birthday. It looks better than in the photo. The light is bright and the recipient was pleased and thought it was a great idea. She is going to take to work to show co-workers. We don't like the chemical food coloring dyes so won't eat it, but it shows well. We read reviews that it was tasty.

I had bought them for my kids and grandkids and when I tryd one the flavor was awesome, I had to buy myself some it is great for partying and cookout for for everyone will be buying lots more.
