Unuseable
First the disclaimer. I was using this on a Weedo X40, not a CR-6. Dimensions of the heatbreak are identical, except the X40 is 31mm vs. 30mm for the CR-6. Word on the X40 forum is that CR-6 heatbreaks work. This particular one didn't.Short version. I never got it to print successfully. Never. At least 10 attempts with numerous minor changes to the setup. While it LOOKS pretty much exactly the like the X40 heatbreak, it is clearly not remotely similar. Every print attempt (short prints: ~3 hours) ended in failure due to a clog - as many other reviewers have noted. None got to half way.The Weedo heatbreak is only available by buying their $50 hot end, which is basically a$15 MK8 hot end, so I have been attempting to source more commonly available parts. I never had any problems with the original X40 heatbreak. Long story on why I changed it out. Suffice to say I had good reasons. The generic MK8 parts along with this heatbreak:https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09BB99MC7?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_detailshas worked out well. Just like the original X40 heatbreak worked well.No clogs. No problems. Only 10x the cost of the Balitensen (this product) heat break. More than I wanted to spend, but much cheaper than the Balitensen product. In addition, it's all metal. I suspect I could print Nylon and similar materials with a firmware change to get the allowed hot end temp high enough.

Poor machining
Driving myself nuts thinking my zesty nimble was grinding filament. Turns out there was a burr from machining the chamfer that was shaving of the filament... A LOT. look at the pic.Fixed it but rolling up a very small piece of ultra fine sandpaper and twisting it. Shouldn't have to do that

Not polished inside
Not polished inside. Unable to get to print without clogging

Not a replacement for MK8 or Ender 3 heatbreak
The barrel or part that fits into the heat sink is only 6mm a mk8 heatsink like on the ender3 takes a 7mm barrel.

NOT FOR MK8!!!!
This is not for an mk8, it is too small. avoid this if you have an mk8. waste of time.
