Lulu 18 Speed Twist Gear Handlebar Shifter Bicycle Mountain Bike Cycle+ Grips

These are great value for money gear shifters (18 speed: 3 on the crank and 6 on the rear cassette). I ordered these to fix up a friend's bike, which hadn't been ridden much, however the right shifter was broken and the left wasn't working well.These are simple to replace; simply remove the old ones, fit these in place and tighten the retaining screws, once you've got the new handlebar grips in place. Slip the brakes up to it, so it's all nice and tidy. Next, you need to remove the old cables and feed these shiny new ones through. Tighten up the cables and, if necessary, adjust the dérailleurs to suit the new shifters, since there may be a little difference from the old ones.These aren't all singing and dancing Shimano shifters, but for the price they're definitely worth 5 stars. Much better than the old ones that they're replacing.Definitely a recommended product. Delivery wasn't the quickest, but things are a little slower at present (Coronavirus lockdown). They arrive in a plastic bag and even have nipples for on the cable ends.

Quality and value, they do what they're supposed to. Easy to fit, just be careful you don't fray the cable ends because if you do you've got a much bigger job to open up the 'throttle' housing and replace them. Otherwise these are fine replacement parts for a low to mid range workaday bike.

unexpected because of the low price but works like a charm, beautiful, easy to install as well.

Good prompt delivery but the "grips" are too small. You would struggle to fit them to a child's tricycle let alone a standard bicycle. Recommend this is labelled as "miniature grips" on your ad, or removed completely. Very misleading.
