Great for seated exercises but does NOT remain stable for full body stretches across the ball
Great product for seated exercises such as upper body weights, band exercises, trunk rotations, etc., and lower body exercises such as leg extensions, "marches", and ab crunches, but it does NOT remain stable for full body stretches/extensions over the ball. I also use it to stabilize my body ball while sitting on it at my art table. It was a good purchase for me.
