I have spent the past 33 years working out and taking all sorts of supplements. After all those years I have narrowed the supplements I take to only a few. Kre-Alkalyn Creatine Monohydrate, Whey Protein, Paradise Herbs Orac Energy Multi One Vegetarian Capsules and this product. Granted, you have to take 6 large softgel capsules 30 minutes prior to working out, but the results are worth it. At 51 years of age I have stopped pounding the heavy weights and found bodyweight exercises that really challenge me and keep me healthy and injury free. Hemodraulix provides pumps like nothing I have ever experienced before! I started out with recommended dosage of 6 capules... No results felt or seen. No increased pump during intensive training and no increase of retained volume. I increased by 2 capsules each workout until achieving a double dose of 12 capsules... Still NOTHING! Not sure what's in these capsules but whatever it is does absolutely nothing.
