Not at all a good book for people wanting to learn about rabbits as pets.
Very short on details. Spent way more time talking about the different breed of rabbits aimed at breeders and people show want to show rabbits. Yuck even talks about which rabbits are best for fur coats and meat. If you buy this book to find out about having a rabbit as a pet you probably really don't want to read about the poor rabbits that end up as coats and food. Find a better book about rabbits as pets.

Informative
This book is very informative and easy to understand. It includes information on a wide range of topics, including bunny-proofing your house, grooming, picking the right rabbit for you, and what you should buy before you bring home your bunny. There are some typos, but the information is all there.

Perfect bunny book!
I got a couple of pet bunnies who will become my breeding pair and knew the basics but nothing along the lines of what should be done for them as pets. One of them is shy and skittish and the other is very loving and relaxed. I learned a lot from this book about care and what to/not to give them. First thing I read was about their body language. It fascinates me and helped me figure out the skittish little guy loves and trusts me, but is still scared in a newer environment. I followed the steps to get him to relax with me and they worked like a charm! I have read this cover to cover 3 times now and learn something more every time I read it. Perfect for the first time owner as well as the experienced one!

Keep looking
I was pretty disappointed in this book. It’s beyond basic and reads like an ad for their websites, begging for reviews, and is in desperate need of a professional editor to fix typos and general poor quality of page layouts. Most of the info I got from this book was things I had already learned from internet research. I finished the whole book in one day, despite my two year old and five year olds demanding my attention, so you can imagine how brief this book was. Not worth my time,Sorry

I am now a Pet Rabbit genius
We have a dwarf Rabbit that has a personality like a person. I recently decided maybe we should research how to take better care of it. Of course it has the best of everything and has even been asking for the new I phone 6. I learned that we immediately need to clip its toenails (Looking forward to that) and why it stomps every time we put it in the hutch for the night. Also, we have been moving it around too much as well as moving the litter box around too much. Now a word from the Rabbit...Thank you Sarah for making my owners much better owners. Maybe now we can sit by the fireplace and I can learn to purr instead of fearing I will soon be dropped in the fire. Did I mention we learned how to hold, carry and handle the animal as well?

The Most Helpful Book I've Ever Read on Pet Rabbits
I wish I had found this book back when I first bought a pet rabbit but am SO GLAD I FOUND THIS BOOK. A lot of the other pet rabbit books I’ve ready have been way to simplistic or super-technical but this one offers lots of facts and info. that every bunny parent should know. I read it from start to finish right after I bought it and feel totally comfortable now that I know how to care for my pet rabbit.I also really liked the section on recommended rabbit breeds and the section on litter box training. I have a friend that needs to read the section on “What to do if your rabbit bites” so will be buying a copy of this for her too. This book really helped me to understand my rabbit better and will be a permanent book in my rabbit-knowledge library. It was easy and fun to read, I’ll be looking up the other books by this author!

Practical advice
Pretty good, well rounded and useful, practical information for those new to rabbit-handling. I aSo like that there's a link to a website with more tips and resources as well as a forum.A few more pictures or would have been useful, for instance, when discussing grooming, which is such an essential part of living with a rabbit.I recommend this book as a good, clear starting guide. Worth the money.

Thus book is very inquisitive and easy to read. A must read if you are wanting to get a pet rabbit !!!
I bought this book for my 8 year old daughter for her birthday. I wanted her to read about all the responsibly that comes with a pet rabbit before we bought her one. She and I both loved reading this book. It is very inquisitive and easy to read.I found answers to all my questions and concerns. We did get a floppy ear rabbit name Pudding. ;)

Brilliant book!
I am extremely happy with this book! It is very detailed and interesting and it will tell you everything you need to know about a rabbit's diet, bedding, the different types of breeds etc. What an excellent read - it even includes a checklist at the end for daily, weekly, monthly and yearly care for a rabbit!

not right for me
This book was OK but not right for me, my rabbits are outdoors but this book was mainly about indoor rabbits.

Clear and concise
I enjoyed reading this book. It was clearly written and structured and provided me with an enjoyable introduction to rabbit ownership.Although the author is from the US, I was pleased to see that she often also included information specific to UK readers such as vaccinations recommended in the UK.
