Amazing book! All recipes are delicious! The book is simple and cooking with it is real pleasure. Recipes have minimal amount of ingredients, most are 10-min. to do and taste fantastic! Please follow them and you will have a great tasting tofu. I can confidently state that because of this book I became a much bigger tofu lover. I now enjoy cooking tofu because of this book. My husband and two kids, ages 8 and 5 started loving this amazing gift of nature - tofu. The photos are black and white, the cover is soft, but the content is what really matters. I have many fancy books for healthy vegan cooking which have convoluted recipes with long list of ingredients and complicated methods of preparation. They will now all go for scrap paper.

Was expecting more info about working with tofu. Very disappointing

Borrowed from Amazon using my Kindle Unlimited subscription. I’m on the hunt for some good tofu recipes that I can modify for my body’s restrictions. I did find a couple of recipes to try that I can modify, but overall, it’s the same recipes as other tofu cookbooks.The reason for only 3 stars is that it needs to be edited/proofread. There were numerous mistakes and it was distracting.

I bought this book as a gift for a friend who lives in the UK. He recently developed an interest in tofu and this book offers some interesting and simple recipes. Although it's a wonderful source of protein, tofu is not for everyone in terms of taste, and it requires the skills of the person to know how to prepare it. For anyone who is not an experienced cook, it makes sense that you take this book to someone who has some experience in preparing tofu; best of all, watch that person cook it.

Don't bother you can get more ideas from the tofu packaging- even in Chinese!

Straightforward
