Cut the crap is right
Ow! Cut the crap is right! I thought this would be just another self-help, fill in the blanks book. Nope. This one not only makes you cut the crap, but makes you look at it in detail and find a way to make changes that make your life so much more!

Seriously, it's you, not me.
Zander doesn't pull any punches, other than the gut kind. This wasn't the easiest book to read because it forced me to take a hard look at myself and some of my behaviors. And made me decide what I was/am willing to do to change the ones that were not so pretty (or downright shameful.

Maybe it's me
I really wanted to like this book. In the end, I just had too much of an undercurrent of mean girls and Cosmo magazine. Also, little to no inclusion or regard for behavioral science, spirituality, or kindness in general. Of course, this is merely my opinion - maybe it's me.

I love this book
I love this book! I have the ebook and hardback, both. I'm still working my way through it and had to tailor it a little to fit my circumstances but I like the accountability that it holds me to. Would recommend to others. I've owned the ebook for over 6 months before buying the hardback book and it's already changed my life in several ways.

Fantastic book for one who wants to change his/her life
Fantastic book for one who wants to change his/her life. Easy to read, hard to implement. But if you want to make changes, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND IT.Poorly titled. It really is a book on changing your life, making the hard decisions and putting them in action.

Maybe it's you is the best self help book I have read in recent yrs
Maybe it's you is the best self help book I have read in recent yrs. I read a book a week and couldn't put this down. It's truly transformational and in your face ..What I loved most is that the author , a proven thought expert in the field of high level consulting / exec coaching gave away the secret sauce so that she couldEmpower a greater audience. The dream protocol is a sequel in itself .... Lauren teaches us to dream and when I read this book I realized that for many years I just didn't dream big enough ...Can't wait for the sequel......
