At the meetings for all the designers to come up with new ideas for the actual articles and ideas to promote the products Piper always just sits quietly and lets the others control the meeting. The owner of the company is a young woman with big ideas. The CEO is her wealthy brother that always attends the meetings but never has any input.Cole has his own company but acts as CEO to keep an eye on his sister and offer any help she may need. He has the confidence in his sister to know that she knows what she is doing in running her own company. But yet he suddenly starts showing up for these regular meetings. He has his eye on Piper. He is finding himself very attracted to her but he doesn't make a move. He is very aware that Piper not only has top notch designs but also has great ideas for moving the company to a top position in the lingerie world. He starts taking a person interest in her.The story has some nasty designers, romance, and fun. The wild sex doesn't start until he makes his intentions known and from that time on the lingerie does its job. This is a fun and sexy romp. It has a very happy ending. Boss of My Panties is right up there. This is a reasonably quick read, but it is positive, has its element of troublemaking but holy hell, if you mess with the Cirillo family, you’re going down! This crowd is also hilarious as all hell.If there was anything I would complain about, it is the ending. As wonderful as it was, I would’ve liked more. There was so much of the plot working towards a huge goal, and it was a little quiet instead. A perfect ending yes, I just would’ve liked, well...more. And this is the only reason I would give the 4 Star rating that I have, although I do have to admit, that it is designed to be a quick read.Congratulations Tessa Wood, on your debut book. I loved it, and am checking to see if you have released the next book in the series. I hope you have, because I want it!!!!

The Mature, Responsible Me likes reading adult books - psychology, memoirs, dramatic fiction. Fun Me likes reading litRPG and humor. Smutty Me, on the other hand... This leads to some interesting internal debates, like about this book.Fun: Boss Of My Panties? That's ridiculous. Order it now!Smutty: Ok, but the cover model seems overdressed... There's a shirt, and I can't see the lines on his hips pointing directly down to...Responsible: Ahem! This sort of frivolous nonsense again?Fun & Smutty: You're outvoted. We both like this one.And we did. I mean, I did. It's a lovely blend of the workplace (I want to know where to buy some of the lingerie designs!), family, romance, and (finally, after a lot of imagining) sex. Some parts are a bit over the top, but they work within the tale being told.A few minor editing lapses, but overall sound. An example of the writing: "It’s no big mystery that I’ve always loved his voice. It’s deep and rumbly with just a hint of a rough edge. Really, it’s more no-nonsense voice than sexy. But it’s so smoky and…smart. I think that’s the added intrigue for me. He always sounds like he’s thinking—about what, you’ll never know.But a girl can imagine…"

I am so happy this book popped up as a book I might be interested in. I absolutely loved it!Handsome cole, CEO of a lingerie company is interested in one of the quiet designers, Piper. She’s been staring at him for years as well, at all the monthly meetings. This book is well written, realistic, with characters you’ll love! Wonderful chemistry, super sexy, a fast read, & a happy ending makes this a must read book! It even has a Valentine theme. ♥️

Piper is a lingerie designer for an online corporation owned by Courtney Crawford. Her brother Cole is the CEO. When a meeting is called for the upcoming Valentines event, Piper speaks up and suggests some things that her Courtney really likes and decides to implement. Cole notices some of Piper's sketches and asks her about them. When she says she was thinking about suggesting a line of men's high quality underwear. Cole said he had been thinking of the same thing. Courtney wants Piper to come up with some different sketches but Piper suggests that all the designers should work with the executives and Curtney agrees. Cole immediately chooses Piper and says he will be in her office with sandwiches for supper. This book was great! I thoroughly loved how quiet, shy, Piper is rushed off her feet by Cole.

This book has so much love, good feelings, and happiness. It is sexy, intimate, and sexy hot. It's a great feel-good story, and I love that the male character is so open and loving and doesn't hold back his feelings.Read it, you'll love it

I simply adored this book! Very light, sweet, funny and with enough hot scenes that keep you wishing for more instead of boring you with too much of the same. With very little drama, interesting plot and extremely lovable characters this is definitely a book I'd recommend.

A new author for me, but a good find. There is a charming and romantic feel to this story. A good plot and HEA.
