I purchased this two-piece laptop charger for my granddaughter's computer. The first time she went to unplug it from the wall, a portion of the plug broke off and stayed in the outlet.I contacted the seller, who very willingly and graciously replaced the portion of the charger that had broken off.HOWEVER, it took only another couple uses of the charger before it broke again--this time, it was the piece that connects into the computer itself.I would not recommend buying this product. Spend the extra money and get the one that the manufacturer supplies!

Product arrived as described.I’ve purchased it for my back up.Great quality for the money, I liked the finish of it and so far so it’s doing its job perfectly. I will update after couple months of usage.

This charger works as expected for my Lenovo laptop. Having a charger at my docking station and in my travel bag has saved me lots of time because I don't have to wind up and unwind my charger every time I need to take my laptop with me.

I do not want to be too harsh on this product as it maybe just not compatible with my laptop. I have a Lenvo X1 yoga that uses a 65W USB-C as its source of power. With this charger plugged in, it prevented my laptop from losing a charge, but it would not actually charge it while in use. I ended up getting a different 65W USB-C charger and it worked without issues.Other than that, its pretty much a charger, not much to say about it. If it would have worked, I would have been happy, but sadly it did not.

I've had no problems with my new charger. It seems like it's actually a legitimate charger, just like the one that came with the computer that I lost. I will take this with as I travel for work and put it to the test.

Works as described, and very high quality. Using it now with my Dell 7275, and it's the same one that came with it.

The adapter stopped working after a few weeks, as the connector that goes into the computer separated.I opted for a refund rather than risk getting a second unit of a product did not working reliably. I appreciate the refund, but I have never had this problem with any power adapter before. My suggestion for the company is increasing attention to quality control, and my suggestion for customers is to check reviews for the prevalence of quality problems.
