Botanic Choice Kava Kava Tablets, 90 Count (Pack of 5)

This will take some time to properly evaluate and by 'some time', I mean probably years. I have noticed no real effect as of yet but have only begun taking it and my goal may be different from yours. As a current experiencer of the bladder cancer process I mean to do anything I can to assure I won't have another relapse. This is, according to some articles, a decent preventative for bladder cancer. This was based on a study done in the Far East where people who consume this root and have smoked their entire lives have much less incidence of bladder cancer than we in the West. I quit smoking last century but that doesn't seem to matter. Once a smoker you are at a much greater risk for this 'lovely' form of infection. If you are a smoker, stop now and maybe you should start taking this or some other product with Kava in it. Maybe you can avoid all the pain and discomfort I've been enduring due to my stupidity as a child and even an adult.

This was the first Kava tablet I tried. I thought it worked OK, but after I tried Yogi Tea and Gaia Brand, I found that this wasn't quite as effective. While the price and bottle number may be enticing, I highly suggest putting the money into a different product if you are looking for quick results. For the amount of stress I deal with everyday, this product didn't cut it. However, if you are looking for an extremely subtle experience, then this might be the product for you. It just wasn't for me.

Kava Kava root has been around since the first gathering of humans. It was used as a ceremonial drink. However, modern herbalists have discovered a better use.... natural mood stabilizer. It works as a natural muscle relaxant and helps my over-stimulated brain stop and be calm. I have neuropathy and this product stops the bone and muscle pain for a few hours so that I am able to sleep very deeply. Be careful because more than two will cause you to feel 'dumbed' out the next morning. I use a naturalistic doctor and he and I both agree that this supplement has helped improve my sleep. I can't taken lortab or pain killers like that ... makes me so sick. This does the job very nicely and the product itself, the seller, and the price are the absolute very best!

hey folks this product only contains 3% kavalactones and is actually 50mg of kava root even though it states 500mg on front not only is it only 3% kavalactones but unlike quality products that state standardized min% this says 'typically' 3%. basically this product is useless unless you have a calcium/phosphorus deficiency because that's what is really contains mostly. it states it twice also first saying it contains calcium(as dicalcium phosphate) then again listing phosphorus again(as dicalcium phosphate). don't waste your time don't waste your money even though CHEAP is the first thing that drew my attention to this product. for all you kava users please make sure when purchasing kava products you check the % of KAVALACTONES anything else stating kava extract root 500mg or 250mg or even 1000mg IT DOES NOT MATTER what is important is the actual %of kavalactones. I really hate to bash any product but this was extremely necessary this product is absolutely a complete waste of manufacturing and advertisement and complete waste of what little kavalactones it has by adding so much dicalcium phosphate. before you can take in enough kavalactones for some actual relief it will poison cause upset stomach ect.

This was a wonderful buy for the money. They are great for anxiety as well as getting to sleep when you are having a problem with that. I keep them with me all the time. Delivery was great and on time. I would recommend Botanic Choice!

DO NOT BUY THIS. i purchased this brand about 6 months ago and it was decent. I reordered and when arrived tablets are different in color and size. when opened the bottle, they smell very faint and weak as compared to the previous purchased of this brand. Read the ingredients and the content is different. Took 2 tablets as usual and nothing happened. next day took 4 tablets and wasnt felling relaxed as supposed to and started feeling jittery. They trick you into buying decent kava in the beginning and then fool you into buying some junk at a pack of 5 and no refunds. This product should be boycotted at all cost!!

I bought my first bottle and I really liked the product. I like it so much I ordered the Pack of 5 thinking I was getting five of the same product. I was fooled. The tablets are different with different content. I know these products are not checked for contents, but I don't know what is in the Pack of 5. but I'm very disappointed. I want to know if I can return an open bottle. I had this product on my subscribe & save, now I've taken off and you have lose me as a customer.

It's been consistent quality and a good price, can't beat that. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.
