Received items with everything as pictured in the listing, followed instructions, and it did not work during my trip. Contacted seller and received no response. Not recommended.

Convenient to use!
I bought the sim card for my spring break trip to UK. It was very convenient to install. You just use it as a regular sim card and there is detailed instruction on how to activate it. However, during some areas, the signal was not very strong and I was not able to access the internet. Besides that everything works as described.

Not really an unlimited data plan
Two stars instead of one since activation was painless. But the Amazon ad lists this as an Unlimited 4G/LTE data plan for 10 days. It is NOT! After 5 days, I’d “used up” and had 0 data left. I had to buy a 10pound top up card from a Tesco to get my phone working again. That data only lasted 1 more day. Fortunately, GiffGaff added 1GB of data to my account, but as I write this review I just received a message saying I’d run out again.I’ve used 12gb SIM cards from Three UK in the past and never run out.Bottom line, don’t buy this if you think you aare getting unlimited data.

It’s not unlimited data.
It said unlimited 4G/LTE data. We arrived In London at noon on May 12, 2019. But we received a text message said we have used 80% data 4 hours after. We only used it for navigation and found place to eat. And then the 2nd day, there’s no data service anymore. Basically, we only use for a couple of hours. We have to buy another SIM card on the second day in the local store in London. The description is misleading. If you are looking for unlimited data, don’t buy this SIM card.

Works - only if you configure phone manually
Installed this product in an Android phone and data did not work. Tried contacting customer service but never got a response. Eventually found APN settings online. Product worked great from that point forward, but proper instructions were not included and customer service was unresponsive. Use at your own risk.
