Arrived as agreed. Thank you! However, some basic FAQs and instructions would be helpful. I have used two of the bottles, one worked fine, the other did not. Ended up trying a new "chip" which didn't help. Tossed the cartridge and all the new toner and bought a new re-manufactured cartridge.

The kit is complete with all items needded to fill old cartridge. A little messy, but saves so much money
