Great way to have fun and get in shape.
The DVDs are amazing! I enjoy doing the workouts and feel great after I have completed them. Typically I would have to do cardio for an hour and then lift weights, KettleX reduces the time I would have to workout since it combines cardio and weight training AND makes it fun!It is helpful to see the time left in the workout and Lorna is encouraging throughout the exercises, even the ones that I grit my teeth at doing. Lorna is motivational, and keeps you moving -- make sure to have water and a towel handy. I highly recommend the KettleX workout to anyone, make sure if you are unfamiliar with kettlebells to watch the tutorials and always do the warmup.I feel accomplished and refreshed after the workouts. So far I have done both the basic and intermediate workouts and am building up my stamina to do the advanced DVD. Make sure to get the complete set so that you can have variety in your workouts.

A Good Aerobic Kettlebell Workout
This is a three-disc set, divided by Basics, Intermediate, and Advanced. Lorna Kleidman recommends that the user have two kettlebells (a light and a heavy kettlebell), a mat or towel for floor exercises, and wristbands. Each disc has an in-depth tutorial. Unfortunately, Ms. Kleidman omitted how many times a week one should exercise and when to move up to Intermediate and Advanced workouts. I hope she will include in the FAQ section on her website.The Basics and Intermediate workouts are about 30 minutes each, without breaks. Ms. Kleidman states if you need a break, go ahead and take one and get some water. The Advanced workout is shorter but involves the intensive Turkish Getup.Ms. Kleidman has an assistant doing the workout with her. The assistant does a modified version of the exercises for the less athletic person.My few complaints include the volume of the background music; I wish the volume was just a little bit lower, but it doesn’t cover up Ms. Kleidman’s narration. The names of some of the exercises; what she calls a swing flip is another person’s snatch. Her use of the Partial and Full Turkish Getup on the Intermediate and Advanced dvds (this is personal, I hate the Turkish Getup).I recommend this dvd set for a good aerobic workout.

I Love this kettle X workout
Oh wow this DVD's are excellent , Lorna did a great job instructing , she explained everything simply and clear she also made everything easy to follow especially for a beginner like me. The exercise started basic then gradually becomes more challenging which I love. I just started doing this exercises and i can already see the difference in my body. My arms are less jiggly... and and my thigh is getting leaner and my core is getting stronger this is what i call a great total body workout ( wow...) And the best part is that I can do this workout in my own home. . Thank you kettle X for a fun exciting and challenging new workout. :)

Pleased with this purchase. New to Kettlebells but had bought Lorna's book prior to ordering these disc. Her disc are very easy to follow. She is not over the top cheerleader type instruction. I like this!

Fantastic series of DVD workouts for novices and instructors alike!
Lorna Kleidman is my absolute favourite kettlebell instructor for her clarity and skill. I purchased her DVD set more than a year ago when I was just starting to teach kettlebells to a new audience and was pleasantly surprised by the intensity of the home workout that Lorna was able to deliver. Despite being very fit, I really was challenged as I moved through the different stages of the complete KettleX set. I found I looked forward to working out with the DVDs and was reassured by Lorna's friendly manner. I now own a gym and continue to teach kettlebell classes. Even today I refer to Lorna's instruction and recommend her DVDs to all my clients. I love the way she uses the grace and elegance of kettlebell sport in her routines. I love the way that her routines can be done by anyone at any level. Lorna's physical look is something that I continue to aspire to. She's glowing, healthy and strong and this is an amazing home workout series!
