Really happy.
I had concerns about ordering, but was pleasantly surprised with the quality. The packaging could have been better, the cardboard box was thin, and torn on the edges, but there was no damage to the chair, all the parts were included, it was easy to assembly, I did not need to reference the instructions.

RE: Good but not perfect
The aluminum part looks sketchy - kinda like an artist in Vermont decided to custom make something from scraps. The faux leather is ok but the cushions hiss as one sits on the chair and ottoman. Very funny! LOVE the basic structure, the angled chair and sizing. May not be worth $1000 but I decided to keep it. May wonder if I saw it at the store though.

Comfortable and looks great too!
Looks trendy, and love the industrial look of the silver frame. Super comfy, but it is a low chair, so a little hard to get out of (but I have a physical disability)
