I have used the same style of light before. I works great and is priced right. the only issue I have is the very small, short screws used in this light. when you attach the light to a J-box. the wires come though the back. therefore the wire nuts are right there as I try too put two little tiny screws into place to hold the reflector. Then try too hold the gasket in place as I put the front lens on. it takes a lot of patiences.

I installed one on the outside patio and another on the side alley and it was an easy job as long as you are handy with some basic hand tools and some knowledge of electrical wiring. If you have an existing lamp and replace it with this, then it is even easier. I had to pull some wires through the wall and the installation only takes about 1hour. To prevent moisture getting into the innards, I sealed the seams with silicon sealants. These lights have quite intense illumination and it is very cool. I would prefer to have a warmer light source. Overall, it is a very high quality amp with very reasonable price.

This is a metal backed solid light. I was impressed with the quality of the light.My Electrical Box did not line up with any of the knock out holes.It was 2 3/4 inch hole on my box. Maybe my box was not standard, because there was a lot of knock out hole on light, but none ofthem worked. This made the install very frustrating and long. I had to drill new hole to make the lightline up correctly to install. Overall a well designed and made product

I was skeptical when this light first showed up. I never would have guessed that this little light could be so bright. Easy to install. I have it set to come on at dusk and stay on all night. Works flawlessly so far.

It is working very well right now, but these lights seem to have a built in a planned obsolesesence,or that has been my luck to date...This is about the third one I have purchased, (not this brand, and also purshased a couple of extra light bulbs in case the one I had burned out.).Well that didn't work out so well...So I'm hoping that this one will work for the number of hours it says it will. It is very bright and does come on when it is supposed to...I am very happy with it at this time and hope it contiues to work well over a loooooooooong period of time....

This is a dusk to dawn light, not a motion light. It is made of metal and is quite sturdy. the gaskets are silicon and appear to seal the light well. The light is very bright and projects a broad beam. I purchased the first one and after mounting it bought a second because I liked it so well. I mounted one 8 feet high and the other 10 feet high. They project light out about 30 - 50 feet respectively. Dusk to dawn functions work perfect. Light comes with gasket and wire nuts but no mounting screws.

Very bright light. Hope the neighbors don't complain but it really stands out. Thank goodness I wanted a really bright light. That's why I bought it. Installation was easy but it was tough getting the gasket to stay put while screwing this thing in 10 feet up in the air. However, the construction is solid and I hope it lasts many years.

We bought this light to put on our back garage to light up that area, after installing it, I bought 3 more, this is the brightest light I've ever seen! It comes on at dusk and stays on thru the night and then when the sun comes up it turns off, I love this light & would highly recommend it!
