Our new I beam is wider than the previous and I wasnt sure if that meant we needed a new unit or just longer bolts. When I asked customer service they didnt try to rip me off, they said just get longer bolts and its the same unit for the wider beams. Fantastic!Original:I was going to have a unit like this fabricated, then I found this unit. This is an awesome mount! It rolls smooth, it holds steady and is much heavier duty then I had pictured it to be. If you have an available I-Beam there is no reason to get any other mount, this is worth the extra cost. It is so easy to move the bag out of the way when your done to free up space.I do have a heavy bag spring connected to this unit, I did not try it without the spring and would advise for your structural integrity to have a spring. I still am able to flex the steel ibeam it is on when I am into it heavy.I would also advise getting little rubber floor protectors you use on chairs and put them on the pegs that brace the unit when you do not want it to move in order to protect your steel. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great customer service and fantastic product *by R***S on April 23, 2015* I ordered the product and it looked rock solid. I tried setting it up for a 6 5/8th beam and the bolt was too short. I was very disappointed and submitted feedback to promounting.com. Within 2 minutes I received a call from Roy. Yeah no kidding. Turns out I just read the description and did not use the drop down to select the correct I beam size so totally my mistake. Ray just said no problem and said a new bolt would be on its way the next day.
