Product comfy kept my heels from rubbing but the extra cushion under the heel was too much made walking difficult might try adding ball of foot pad to even out if there is enough room in the shoe sticks to shoe great though

Great High Heel Inserts
Loving this high heel inserts! Exactly what I want it for my 1/2 a size too big heels. Tiny feet but chunky! LTo use, I only took half the sticker backing, place it in the heel of the shoe and them took the rest of the backing. Bonus it brought a pair of ball of foot which my sister can enjoy and free stickers pads to help with the friction of the Heels. So far, they’re amazing!!

I just want to let you know this product does wonder. I honestly cannot wear high heels for more than an hour.( I don’t know how other girls do it). But I try LeSensi when I went to a wedding, what a surprise, I dance all night without having to take my shoes in the middle of the event. ( if you a women you know about this lol) . I will definitely recommend it and buy again and again.

Glad I Purchased!
I have plantar fasciitis. My feet are actually more comfortable in heel than they are in flat shoes. For me, flats generally have much less support and are pretty harsh on your feet if you’re walking all day. I was looking for inserts and tried your typical Dr. Scholls but they are way too bulky and big for my flats. These inserts give me the extra cushion needed without taking up too much space in my shoe. Most times, I can’t add any inserts to the inside of my flat because it just doesn’t fit well. It makes my shoe too tight. I also love the pads that go under the ball part of the foot. I use those in my heels if I know I’ll be out all day. They are also just the right amount of sticky. It’s stays in place yet they are easy to remove if you want to use them in different shoes without getting dirty. :)
