No it won't help grow hair if you can't grow hair, it more a vitamin for the hair you can grow. My advice to you is to YouTube minoxidil for beard and buy that on amazon. Q: How is this different than just buying biotin and a multi-vitamin? aside from the fact that this is more expensive?

I cannot answer that question exactly but, I have taken Biotin in the past and I take several supplements for my running of marathons, including a multi. I committed to 2 bottles and saw a massive difference, nowadays I take only 1 per day, 3 times a week and biotin on other days. It works for me.
