Decent replica for the money. Spend any less and it’s not a solid helmet. Had to return the other one like that.

It fit my head somewhat good until I got a headache from a disformd portion around eye holes. Not acceptable it needs to fit with out hurting. My next review will reflect my replacement helmet. Got replacement and it fits my big head with no pain or rubbing, though top of helmet had a slight flat spot which happened in making I'm sure not these helmets are made and molded for all size heads in mind. It's not perfectly molded but when it's on my head looking in mirror I don't notice the slight warp. But in mirror I can see the slight flat part. I don't cosplay so on display it will look fine. It's not a $100 replica helmet so there will be flaws. For the price it fits me well and quality is good enough to accept it. Sending other one back that one hurts my head. Chin strap is alright. Was watching civil war while trying on helmet and it looks good compared to Chris Evan's which was custom made for his head I'm sure. My head isn't ferfectly formed so helmet can't be either.

It arrived very prompty, the helmet was in good condition, and it fits reasonably well. My only real complaint is it feels awkward to put on. I guess I just have a big head. Haha But it fits pretty snug, the chin straps keep it fitting tight and it looks okay all in all. Good buy to be sure!

For a Captain America Helmet, this is a good one!I've read the reviews before I purchased this, so, I was a bit skeptical about how others said it was "warped" or "WAY Too Big", but, once I had it in my hands and inspected it, I was more than happy with it. I didn't want the Latex version I've seen, I wanted something a bit more sturdy, and this is very sturdy, yet, a little flexible. It's on the big side, but, it still feels and looks good, it's not "too big". Made of very thick "rubber/plastic". Not plastic hard, but, not rubber soft either, somewhere nicely in between.The only bad thing I can say, is that it rests on the bridge of your nose, which a little painful. But, perhaps a small piece of foam glued in that particular spot would probably make it more comfortable.I won't knock off any Stars because of this, because, unless it's molded to your head specifically, you can't expect perfection.Final thoughts: It's well worth the $90 for a very decent Capt. America Replica Helmet!

Great universal helmet. You need to utilize the padding included with some engineering to ensure it fits your head and face. I used three of the leaves for the front and back and then another for the top. Straps are kind of cheap but easily replaced. Great for the price and better than expected.

This is a very sturdy helmet. This is great for looks, large, detailed, paint on the A is crisp. I will display this with the Capt A shield I got on Amazon. The biggest drawback is the straps. The size of the one size fits all helmet requires far better straps to secure it in place. instead of making it fit better and secure it makes it sit awkward on the face and it moves around. Because it is more helmet like it needs better designed and placed straps. As I said I bought mine to display . I wasnt expecting it to be this sturdy. I AM VERY disappointed on fit. It moves around to much. If you wear it in COS play expect on adjusting it CONSTANTLY. I was going to surprise my girl by wearing it when I go down on her tonight but the inability to keep it secure (because of bad straps) would ruin the moment. For this reason alone I want to return it but as I said it is very nice looking and a cool decoration and the reason I bought it was for decoration. If you are buying for any kind of COS play naughty or nice get one with better straps.

I myself have a rather large head so I figured I'd give this a shot. It was ALMOST exactly what I needed. True, it was a bit on the large side, and with a little DIY work it could have fit just right. In the end I opted to just return it because I didn't want to test out my heat gun on an $80+ helmet.Aside from the size and dimensions, the bridge of the nose was off just enough to make it jostle. Again, something that COULD potentially have been fixed with heating and manual adjustments but I'm just not confident enough in that to make it work.Sizing and nose-bridge aside, the helmet had an excellent paint job, the outside looked great, and it had plenty of cushion on the inside to make it more comfortable.If you get this, be prepared for at least a little DIY stuff.
