I like the product and am giving it a good review but I'm frustrated that the password is not listed anywhere here or that I can find on the internet. I know other people have lost the password.

Bought this for work and it’s been very handy to inspect otherwise inaccessible areas of our equipment. It’s more rigid than some but still benefits from having a piece of tubing to guide it at times.

I would tell anyone to buy this.

Not very convenient

This device is essentially useless for the purpose of investigating a waste or sewer drain. The problem is that as soon as you insert it into the pipe the head of the camera encounters debris in the pipe (which is why you are wanting to investigate the pipe in the first place) and the lens gets covered by the debris which renders the camera nonfunctional. Also, the picture quality is not very sharp even when the camera lens is clean. The wifi app did work properly to transmit to my iPhone though. This type of tool shouldn’t be marketed as a way to investigate sewer lines. It may work fine looking under a refrigerator (unless dust under there gets on the lens) or some other clean environment but I’m guessing a lot of purchasers want it for the purpose I did and it just doesn’t work. As soon as the camera head touches the pipe wall, it gets dirty. I feel a bit silly for not perceiving this problem when I was considering buying the tool but none of the reviews I saw touched on it.

This is my second time used, I do the connection between my iPhone and my cam and is ok. But I don’t have video ... don’t buy it
