Connectable Pro Copper Wire Strng Lights 33 Ft / 100 Warm White LED's

I bought this set with hopes of connecting 8 strings together, however as I went to connect strand number 7 the whole system started quickly flashing like a strobe effect. I had also purchased another light set for a separate installation so I tried using the controller out of that set, but it did the same thing. I ended up using the one light set to drive 6 strands and the new light set to drive the remaining two strands so that I could fully illuminate my outdoor patio. I'll just have to purchase another kit when I'm ready to finish lighting the deck in the spring. Otherwise, the lights look really good with a natural yellowish lighting - unfortunately they do not offer a controller that is dimmable at this time. These sets were installed outdoors back in November, with full exposure to outdoor elements (except for the controllers which I placed in plastic baggies), and with quite a few rain storms since then, the system(s) continues to function perfectly. I had contacted Amazon concerning the inability for the set to drive 8 strands as advertised, but they wanted me to return everything for an exchange or refund - this of course after I had already installed the lights, would have been more of a hassel to take it all back down as opposed to just using another kit to drive the remaining two strands I needed to complete the install. Overall, satisfied with these lights from Homestarry.

These are great warm decorative lights. I got this add-on 33 ft. string to plug onto the end of the 66 feet of Homestarry lights we've already got decorating the family room. This string brings the lights into the kitchen - just in time for our annual Xmas party. They are easy to install (we used the small Command strip (no damage) clips and since the wire itself is very slender, the lights are near invisible until they're turned on. These are a vast improvement over the all too obvious green wire lights of years past. They aren't delicate but you should use some care in stringing so you don't need to bend/unbend any sections repeatedly and risk weakening the line. I used the  Etekcity Wireless Remote Control Electrical Outlet Switch for Household Appliances (Learning Code, 5Rx-2Tx)  for Household Appliances (Fixed Code, 3Rx-1Tx)]]so I can control 5 different strings from a single controller. I don't want/need blinking or other effects and the combo with these lights and multi room on/off control is really quite handy. You won't be disappointed - they set a very inviting mood.

This item stopped working after a few months. I purchased 4 sets and 2 are still working, 2 have died.

I really enjoyed the look of these lights, so warm, wecoming and festive. I really wanted to enjoy these lights and connect a 3rd or 4th string but the transformer in the plug creates such a loud high pitch noice that nether I nor my girlfriend can sleep with them plugged in. Even left plugged in my office we can hear the noise through the wall. Also take great care not to drop the string while hanging, untangling 2 sets of these lights is a slow frustrating activity.

These lights are beautiful! I have them strung up in my backyard—they are bright, lovely, and cozy. However, within three months, I have had two of the strands break in rain storms. The copper wire doesn't seem to be vey strong. I feel conflicted about what to do about lights in my backyard right now — I'm leaning toward buying something different.

Great lights but very delicate. We wrapped around a stairway banister and one wires on one of the strands broke because someone pulled on it. Luckily we can order another strand and replace but definitely these work best where they will note be touched, pulled, or knocked around.

these are just awesome. I ran them on our outdoor awning and they look fantastic and work perfectly...

I was really hoping that these lights lived up to the excellent expectation that was posted on all of the other reviews. I found that this lights were very difficult when stringing together. The continued to get tangled and have kinks in the wire. When I finally hung up all three lines( 100 ft) tinsecured the end cap on the end piece only for these lights to flicker sporadically and me have to constantly adjust female to male. One string works fine but when connecting multiple it does not last.
