If you have some electrical skills, you can install. Hang the chain/base/electrical cords first. Then add the lightbulbs before adding the crystals. While standing on a step ladder, install each crystal (use a towel or cotton gloves so you don't smudge the crystals). Bend the wire pieces securely around the crystal and then around hole on the base. It took about an hour to do this. The sparkle of the clear glass crystals is beautiful. Good quality. I would purchase again. We installed this is a hallway and it provides lots of bright light. We also have this light on a dimmer and it looks gorgeus when dimmed too.
