what a disappointment. got it today . followed directions 3 times. each time popcorn did not flow our of chute properly. burnt and set off my fire alarm. sending back asap hopefully will get refund. My popcorn maker before this( another b rand) that I got from a thrift store for 3 dollars worked for a charm for 5 years before it died this new one could not work at all. Same popcorn

I'm really glad that I purchased this product, it makes my life easier. My family loves watching movies and we love eating popcorn while watching movies. We usually make the microwave popcorn so it's just quick and easy. But I know it's not healthy. So really happy I've found this. Cook fast but most important is it's healthy. Quality is good and look durable. Highly recommended it

Product worked for about 3 months, tried to contact Amazon to see if could get replacement because has one year warranty but they couldn't help. No information in manual to process claims or contact can't locate any usable information. Now stuck with a popcorn popper that won't work and can't refund also purchased extender warranty from square trade no help because of 1 year of manufacture warranty. BE WARNED about extend warranty if it breaks before manufacturing warranty

This is the worst air popper ever! I put the kernels in and after the first few pop the rest get stuck in the bottom and burn. Terrible machine. Do not buy this product!

At first I thought it was the amount of kernels I was putting in. However, as soon as it starts popping it pops out seeds during the process until it fills up. If you are standing close the seeds can burn you. Its currently sitting in my cabinet unused, hoping someone tells me how to use it right.
