A rose in a black night.
A rather uncomfortable reading for me as a man, but in the end I have to admit the story was quite haunting. A sweet redhead, Lacey, feels attracted to the CEO of the place where she works, the distant Christopher Wolfe. Accidentally she uncovers a plot to blackmail him with a spy that will infiltrate and photograph him in a meeting for an elite club of BDSM; circumstances pushes her to go and I loved how she is like a lady in red, and the rest seems a harsher black and white. Is hard to write my observations without spoiling the story, so I will be vague: my issue was that Mr. Wolfe is a horrible man, he not only takes advantage of Lacey: he actively creates the circumstances by which she has not other option than to obey him. Is almost infuriating. There is an scene in which he, ensnared to believe she is seeing other men, will force her to have humiliating sex in front of a secretary (a friend of her), and to force her he threatens her to have sex or he will fire the secretary, he knows she will accept (the story then continues but with a twist I didn't see coming but I will not spoil it) In another part of the story Lacey is in another work, but the boss is a woman, being as attractive as she is I suspect a man as her boss would had tried to take advantage of her situation and if she rejected him then it would be clear her attraction is to Christopher's power, youth and money... But after I thought it a bit better, well, human beings are complicated. I have female friends that love for already many years the man that seems to forget them and even abandon them. Not judging those actions, but love follows no logic and thus Lacey being in love with a man that uses his wealth to manipulate her life, is still love.

Smoking HOT read, villainess, a lot of 'action' and finally a HEA!
What a ride! I started it and read it straight through in one sitting! Be sure to have your significant other close by as you read or right afterwards. This one is HOT SEXY read! WHEW!The characters of both the hero and heroine were well balanced. She gave as good as he dished out! Some of the reviewers objected to a word used by Christopher, but that was part of what made the story believable and he did it intentionally to fire her up, which it did.Lacey Easton was hired as a temp. Right from the first day, the CEO notices her and her bright red hair and creamy complexion and curvy shape. She would have remained a temp and then gone on to other companies, except that she accidentally hears Christopher Wolfe's (fitting last name!)personal assistant describing how to get into a private BDSM party and take blackmail pictures. Lacey is honest and finds that the only way to stop the blackmailer is to go to the party. I'll leave it to your imagination, and I hope you have a good one, because this is one fun read! Go get it and ENJOY!

I really loved the story
I really loved the story. i liked the fact that Lacey had the courage to walk out on Christopher when she discovered that she had been set up. she was strong enough to leave but disliked the fact that she was so willing to fall in his arms again. she forgot everything too easily. and i should say that she adapted quite easily to his sexual lifestyle. teh story had soe grammatical errors and was not consistent at times, for eg, in the third book when Lacey is leaving Christopher and has one last lay with him, at first it says that Christopher stripped and stood naked before Lacey and few lines down it says that Christopher was dragging her down to the floor, jerking her legs apart and tearing at his trousers before he pushed into her. Overall it was a good read and i loved itJordan, Lucia (2015-01-12). The Interview - Complete Series (Kindle Location 1197). . Kindle Edition.

Fun fact there isn't an interview involved
If it did I must have blew past it because I dont remember any interviews! I don't typically read (or purchase) book series but after reading the first book I was sold. As for why I rated it a 4.5 out of 5 stars, would be further discussed on my blog!
