You will get wet as it has a cool and very unique self bailing system.
The back of the boat is open and allows water in and out. This is a very cool and unique self bailing system as when water is in the boat it will come out the back. However do not be surprised when you first use you will get water in the boat.Great product and cannot wait to take it around the UK.Cheers. :)

Great quality and easy to use and carry
I used to have a slightly bigger inflatable than this but found it hard to carry on my own as a weak person. I was worried that this might not be very sturdy. But it's great;ood quality cordura type material. It's really simple to inflate and deflate with only 3 non-return boston valves, all within easy reach of each other. (So none of that having to walk round the craft re-positioning yourself). It has 4 carry handles (fore and after, side to side). It has a some storage elastic and it has an easy to adjust seat.It has an open transom (the back bit). Don't worry you are not going to sink, but it does mean that on livelier water you will get wet. But it's really designed for flat water, and water drips off your paddle anyway. No-body stays dry in a kayak. You must remember that any inflatable will not handle as well as a rigid kayak and they are harder to paddle, so I won't mark it down for that. However I'm not sure if the small skeg makes any difference or not to how quickly you can make headway.Excellent value and great fun for flat water, it's just the open transom and the small skeg that bring it to not quite 5 stars.

not so great
love the fact that these are light weight but the design is compromised because of it. needs some re think as at best it suits the weight of a 10 year old. im a 10st female and it dips in the middle to create a mild V shape. This is inflated to its potential also. Water also seeps in through the exposed rear, not that this bothers me too much but something that i think should be addressed. Please tweek these issues this canoe would be excellent once this is addressed. As it steers on point, fabric great, lightweight, but has issues.I must also say that the delivery was excellent too, didnt have to wait long considering these were coming from germany.

Hard wearing
This is really good for the money.I bought this for an 8 year old. He is made up with it and both he and his mum have used it together. It's good quality and hard wearing. The only thing is due to the tough fabric material, this takes a while to dry after use. But well worth the extra peace of mind it gives.

Good fun.
For the price this is really good, you have to blow it up to 2 - 2.3 not the 1.5 that is says to keep it ridged and I sit further forward about 6-8 inches which makes it more stable. It's good fun and we'll put together. I'm 6ft and 14st.

So far so good
I have yet to try on the water but hopefully will on the weekend, so I will update my review then.Brought 2 of these and they arrived a week before they were meant to, so a big plus on that, packaging was great also. I have unpacked them both and set them up, took about 5-6 minutes to blow up the 3 parts to 1.5 PSI with a basic foot pump (Kayak comes with a handy pressure gauge). Kayak feels very firm and stable and once you adjust the seat a bit it will provide good support.Deflating and packing away took less time than putting up and folded very nicely into the bag supplied.Small, nice and light so easy to carry and transport.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------So we have now tested in the sea which to be fair was a little bit choppy and a bit of wind pushing us back to shore.ConsRemove the foot rest, it's a waste of time and hurts legs, I'm 6'3" and missus is 5'6" neither of us found a use for it but is easy to remove before inflatingSeat could be better but after a bit of trial and error by adjusting the straps it was supportive enoughProsKayak held my fat weight of 115kg with no problemsEasy to manoeuvre even though conditions not idealEasy to put up and down on the beach and quick dryingStraps on back held dry bag nicely and securelyVelcro straps on side to hold the paddle.I have kept the rating at 5 stars because for the cost it did everything it needed to and did it well.
