A pretty good tool for home use
After a lot of personal research about some cosmetically unattractive little white bumps on my face (which, it turns out, are called milia) I decided to try a home treatment -- which requires a tool such as this lancet. It is well made -- steel -- and the very sharp lancet actually screws into the handle when not in use, to protect the blade (and you!) The only thing I don't like about this particular too is, I find the other end of the implement is too thick to apply the proper sort of leverage to extract the milia (or blackheads, etc.) -- I had much better results just using my freshly washed hands. There are, of course, other ways to have extractions done, i.e. by a trained aesthetician, or a dermatologist, depending on the type of treatment done -- but these all cost a lot more. So, if your skin problems are not serious and you are game to try home treatment, watch a bunch of videos on youtube, and then get yourself one of these lancets : )

High in heel arra
A little wide and the back heel area comes up high. Got a blister. Bandaid fixed it. Really cute, though. The vamp, foot box area is high as well. I love the style and got many compliments

Extractor for my daughter
I was very happy to find this online. My daughter finds it very helpful to have for her acne. I used to be able to get it at the pharmacy in town but they no longer carry them. Very happy with purchase.
