Bought these because I've got a blocked ear and it was recommended that I try ear candles. I used 4 in one day and it didn't make any difference. Once opened it would appear at first glance that wax had indeed been removed from the ear but after closer inspection it turned out to be wax from the candle.... How can I tell this?... Well near the bottom of the candle is a little piece of sponge like material, the wax collects above this, without a single trace of wax in the sponge i conclude that it can't possibly have come from the ear but from the burning candle above. Also the wax was a greeny colour and my wax is the regular orangy colour (the shameful use of a cotton bud confirms this!) It's a shame as I really wanted it to work, especially after reading all the good reviews. I'm now booked in to have my ears syringed which should solve my problem.On a brighter note the candles arrived quickly and safely packaged so no issues with the seller :-)

Excellent product. Arrived fast. Has good instructions on how to use. You can smell the peppermint infused within the candles and the corresponding scent to each colour. Good quality product. You can feel the peppermint at work through the ears to open up the sinus. This worked a charm on my ears, I had pressure problems from a recent flight which the candles sorted for me , made my ear pop back to normal. When you open up the candle after use you can see the gunk it's sucked out the ears. Yuk..... but strangely nice to see as you know it's worked.

having tried these at a tanning shop for a much dearer experience i decided that this was a much cheaper way of sorting a recurring earwax problem, these are excellent, so easy to use the instructions are clear, they smell nice and they work for my problem, i would recommend these to anyone to sort out earwax problems

Arrived promptly. I've had sinusitus and hoped it would help clear head and associated areas a little and help me feel a bit better. It didn't. Although it was quite relaxing. Also used on husband who had visited doctors and told to soften excess wax using olive oil prior to hospital visit so thought i'd give it a go on him (after much protesting). Didn't do anything for him either apart from making him feel silly when our son came in a saw it.

These do work. They don't remove masses of wax but certainly help without having to start pushing things down your ear. Have helped ease ear ache and clear up infections in myself, my other half, daughter, mother & father. Those Hopi indians certainly new what they were doing when they came up with these.

I burned myself the first use even though i followed instructions to the T & had my partner assisting. Takes time to figure out knack - difficult to clear ash without burning the person. They did remove a good bit of wax and nasal passage also seemed clearer after use, however, i don't feel they were worth the time & energy spent. I ended up throwing the rest away after a few months as i had no intention of using them again. My partner seemed to be more impressed with them than me... but then he didn't get burned while we figured them out!!!I would recommend people try them as each persons opinion will differ & the price is cheap so why not?!
