But, I am happy with these. They work well. I like the length -- it allows you to apply dye or bleach in the hard-to-reach areas easier than a short brush, which brings me to this: super short brushes are useless if you're planning to dye/bleach a few inches in length of hair. They're best used for small, short sections like bangs. I would recommend this brush set, especially since you get three! I found the tips to be useful, but they do pick up a little more hair than I usually bleach at once if I am highlighting, but that's nothing to complain over since you can easily pick the hair you want to dye out and leave the rest. To use the pointed tip, you simply use a weaving-like motion throughout hair (at the scalp) to highlight. These brushes are also very handy for all-over dying.
