We have had many Mops over the years but this Ansio mop is by far the best. Very easy and straightforward to assemble just make sure everything is firmly clicked into place. Seems solid to the touch and cleans well without oversaturating the floor,I like the fact that you can flip the mop head over and dry/buff the floor as you go and you can also extend the length of the mop shaft giving a flexible 12" to the length of the mop letting you get under tight low objects. Replacement microfiber mop head covers are also available on Amazon which I purchased at the same time as the mop so you always have one to use while the others in the wash.The spray bottle holds 500ml of water just mix your preferred floor cleaner to manufacturers instruction and away you go. The only issue I had with the mop was when I inserted the water bottle into place the water started to leak down the handle but this was soon rectified as the rubber washer in the spray bottles screw cap had become dislodged. Everything now ok and working well, I even received an email from Ansio thanking me for my purchase and informing me that my mop had been registered for a lifetime warranty replacement should I encounter any issues with the product big plus from me. I would definitely not hesitate in recommending this mop absolutely superb mop!!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great value and really useful *by L***N on 27 February 2019* This is great. It is my go to mop for cleaning the kitchen floor. Easy to assemble - don't really understand the criticism. Very straight forward. I like that you can use one side for cleaning and the other for drying. Spraying the floor as you need it is so much better than a soaking wet mop. The price is really good and, if this lasts, without breaking, It will be fantastic value. ### ⭐ It leaks all over - don’t bother with this mop! *by K***R on 28 April 2019* Bought this to replace one I’d had for some years but had developed a leak. Also bought a spare replacement head for it. Arrived quickly and was easy enough to assemble. For the first few uses it was great, I like the fact that you can mop with one side & dry with the other. However, after about a week, it started to leak. I first discovered this when I went into the cupboard it’s stored in. There was a massive puddle around the base of the mop & the bottle had completely emptied. I couldn’t find where it was leaking from as if I filled the bottle & left it turned upside down as it would be on the mop, there was no leak. I can only think that there is a fault with the valve on the mop itself which is activated by the spray trigger. It mustn’t be closing after the trigger is pressed and lets water continue to drain out of the bottle. I contacted the seller who wanted photo or video evidence of the leak. I have just had new floors installed and am not prepared to let a mop leak all over it for “evidence”! They should ask for the mop to be returned & test it themselves for leaking. Have not been offered any resolution in the form of an exchange or refund. I am now using it with a separate spray bottle.
