Let me start by saying I began the keto diet 5 weeks ago. I started looking for something to help me improve my weight loss because I didn't lose any weight in the 3rd week of my weight loss journey.I actually gained a pound even though I was following the keto plan AND working out. I decided to give this a try and let me tell you... in the first week I lost 5 pounds, and in the second week 3 pounds - just by adding in the Keto Extreme supplement twice a day.I also feel a noticeable boost in energy - I'm definitely more energized taking it than when I wasn't. Test strips read moderate to strong ketosis several hours after each dose.Can't wait to see how many pounds I lose this week!

So I have dropped a few pounds since starting but I don't think it's at a more rapid rate than before I was taking them. It is important to take into account that the bottle does say take 20-30 minutes before eating. I kept messing that up the first week and was confused as to why I wasn't feeling fuller. I also personally didn't experience a boost in energy like some of the other reviewers did. The pill is a bit larger than I was anticipating and the taste was a bit off as well but other than that, I can't complain. I wouldn't say it helped burn anything faster, rather that it helped me with my portion control.

I didn’t expect it to be so good! I usually take 400mg of caffeine (plus other things) in regular thermogenic so I can have the energy this product gave me in the first capsule I took!And better yet, I’m still in ketosis after a week of using it.I’m more than impressed and totally happy with it, specially because I bought it “just to give it a try”.And the capsules are not stinky as some other products’.Couldn’t recommend it more!

Seem to be helping. Biggest problem is that I forget to take them early enough.

This pills are AMAZING!! They’ll definitely help you achieve your goal faster when following a Keto Diet.
