Can these lights be flush mounted on the wall?

No, these lights are meant to be hung.

Why is my light buzzing? I installed it a month ago and when the light is on there is constant buzzing.

Neither of mine buzz. Somethings wrong! I would get a replacement.

Are this dimmable ? Like a lot the idea of the sensor too. Dimensions ?

Not dimmable. Sensor is very good. 4ft long. If you use chain to hang, will be about 6-8 inches off ceiling. Great lights!

Are both the power cord "and" link cord five foot each?

you plug one light inthe wall with 5 foot cord the second light has a 5 foot cord to plug into that light or the wall
