It's nice
It's ok, pretty, but not great. It is made out of plywood and the paint is heavier than it looks in the photos. The product photos make it look like it is made of solid wood with a wash of color allowing the wood grain to peak through, the actual rainbow looks less finished, there are slight rough areas where the end grain of the wood plys aren't sanded completely smooth and heavy color. All of this would be ok at this price point, my biggest complaint is that the paint lifts with very minor scrubbing. When I opened the package the paper label stuck to the wood, so I gently rubbed it with a sponge to remove the paper bits and color lifted off onto the sponge, so definitely don't give this to children that are still prone to sticking things in their mouth.

Nice but...
The hand work is beautiful even though it is much smaller than expected it's still very nice. The real problem is the paint it washes of. Only had it for a say went to clean off a mark the paint came off. So sad

Beautiful
I think it’s so rude that a person took off stars because it’s “smaller than they thought”. It says the size in the dimensions 7inches, do you not know how to measure? + this is one of the cheapest out there already! There is nothing wrong with this toy and no reason to take off start. Really great little product. Grimms quality & look, but a fraction of the price!
