Review: Make sure to leave bluetooth on. - I left my wallet at my daughters home: no big deal, she found it. I had spent several hours at her place, with my IPhone close by and the tracker inside the wallet. Yet, the app later gave me an incorrect location, which was about a day old. After initially giving it just two stars and calling it unreliable, I now suspect that I had switched off Bluetooth: I tested it and that, really, is all that it requires. The battery is very long lasting. It is the size of a credit card and fits even in small wallets. No GPS but overall happy with the purchase.
Review: Found my Wallet - I bought the Innway Card tracking device back in 2020. I originally bought it because I have a habit of placing my wallet in random places when I return from an errand or from work. It performed that duty rather well. Whenever I lost my wallet in my home, I rang the card using the app on my phone and I would eventually find it. There was a function of the app that I took for granted until recently. The app can also show if the tracker is in the area. Because I was using it as a tracker to find it in my home, I took for granted that the app showed that the card was at my home address. Recently, my wallet fell out of my pants. They were a new pair of pants and the pockets are not as snug as some of my other pants. Either way, the wallet fell out and I didn't notice it until I returned home. First, I thought that I just misplaced it when I came home. I opened up the app and it showed that it was lost and the last spot it was found was my home address. However, since it was not in range of the phone, I couldn't ring the card. It was not at my home. So I called the last place I was, and they said that they did not have a wallet in their care. A few days passed, and after doing the routine of cancelling cards and such, I returned to the last place I knew I had the wallet. I was pretty sure it was in this place that I lost the wallet. I went to the front desk and asked about it and was directed to their security office. When I talked to them, I got the same response that they did not have a wallet. On a whim, I took out my phone and opened up the app, and when I did, it flashed the same message I got for the past few days, the card was last found at my home address. Then, the gps map jumped around for a bit then zoomed into the area that I was in. The message changed and gave the address of the building that I was in. It was in the area. The button for ringing the card activated and I tapped it. This was when I learned that I can use the signal bars on the app to find when I am closest to the card, obvious I know, but I took all of this for granted until this moment in time. Anyway, the app brought me back to the information desk, not the security desk. I explained to the person that I lost my wallet, and that the tracking card in the wallet activated and my phone app shows that it is in the area. In consulting another employee, they went through the drawers around the desk and we were able to find the wallet. It might not be as fancy as an 'Air Tag' or have it's range and capabilities. However, once you know what you are doing, it does a bang up job of finding your lost items.

### ⭐ Product is great, app is rubbish EDIT: Don't waste your money
*by G***E on May 4, 2023*

EDIT: After trying to live with the app being horrible, the rating is now downgraded to 1 star. The app is so bad that you can only add one wifi network and one geofebce as a trusted zone (which my understanding is that it should not be alarming me if it happens to be separated from my device when within the geofence OR connected to that wifi network. Even if I only add my home as the trusted zone, it still doesn't work! If I have this thing in the outer pocket of my lunch bag, it loses sight in the following room and begins to make noise. That is super annoying because the tones you get to select are basically Nokia brick phone ringtones. Could I just get something simple to beep really loud instead of trying to make me smile with a cute ringtone? That's the other thing, it's barely audible. I understand that it's Bluetooth which is far from reliable, but then why release the product when it's literally designed to be going INSIDE layers of material? The keychains may get away with this because it's within line of sight more often. This device will lose track of itself and then kill the app so if you try and find your device you'll see that you apparently lost it 18 days ago while you were at home, while you lost the device somewhere on the way home from work and clearly had it during the workday. That's just an example, luckily I haven't completely lost this thing, but then again, I wouldn't mind losing the tracker by itself. The ironic thing is it has actually not saved one bit of ewaste because the thing sucks and I'm going to pitch it and ultimately buying a second tracker that isn't rechargeable but actually serves it's intended purpose with developers that aren't braindead. Don't waste your money with this company, the entire product line is trash as they're all using the same app filled with nonfunctioning nonsense. Suck it up and buy a tile. If we cared so much about ewaste, we wouldn't be so careless as to lose our valuables that we need to track them like cattle. If you just want to save money by recharging, then why are you buying such expensive things and not caring about where they are? In the end, Tile won, and we just can't keep track of our stuff. ಥ_ಥ ---- The card slips perfectly in the pocket behind the cards in my wallet. Once in range, I can easily hear and find the wallet. With that being said, it's Bluetooth LE of course so once within the folds of my wallet that range is cut to about 15' at most. This is plenty if it's misplaced inside a quiet home. Due to it relying on Bluetooth LE, and NOT on a 'network of other users' to find your device, it requires the app to be running in the background with Bluetooth turned on at all times. This is both a feature (not using other users as a skynet source of data) and a curse (good luck getting your specific android device to not kill the app in the background). If you manage the keep the app running, it certainly does a number on your mobile battery life. In addition, the app is not the most intuitive to use and also requires an account to use; which then begs the question of why do they not use other users to triangulate list item location? Why do they need an account login if it's only using data sourced from my device and only with local Bluetooth tracking? This is the only device tracker I've ever used so I cannot compare it to the likes of Tile brand, but it is nice to know that it has worked for me already so far when I couldn't find my wallet in my couch cushion, and that I don't need to buy a new one every year because of refusal to implement a rechargeable battery. The rechargeable feature is the number 1 reason for my purchase and while I haven't reached the point of my first recharge yet to gauge the real world duration, I would still recommend this to someone looking for a wallet tracker for a lower cost. The app needs a lot of work though to cut down on mobile battery consumption and squash some bugs but luckily it isn't an app one should ever need to be using.
