definitely a good read. i’ve read another book by the same author, Locked By My Wife, which was also great, and i expected the same from this book too, and it did not disappoint. i’ll be reading the next two books in the series for sure!

Kayla, the protagonist, is struggling to move on from a past failed relationship with a guy who cheated on her when she meets Trevor. They get on well, and soon the romantic sparks start flying. Yet when Kayla feels it is time to take things to a more intimate level, Trevor never makes a move to seal the deal. Feeling frustrated by the circumstances, fearful Trevor doesn't find her attractive enough, Kayla confronts him. Trevor assures her he is very attracted to her, but when he tries to explain his apparent lack of interest in lovemaking, overcome by embarrassment, he can't find the words. Instead, he "shows" Kayla what is holding him back. She is shocked to learn he has a male chastity device locked onto his manhood. Already humiliated, Trevor then tells the rest of the story revealing his former girlfriend still holds the key to the device. And, that is how the story begins in Chastity Boy: Parts 1-10 by Katt Ford.Erotica isn't something I read often, but I was given an assignment of sorts to read something in the genre. I chose this book because it fit the parameters of the assignment. In the past, I've found erotica books to be a bit thin in the plot department, and often a little crudely written for my tastes. When I started reading, I wasn't sure I'd finish the book. But, after just the first part, I was no longer wondering if I would keep reading. I was hooked. I was curious to see what happened next as the story kept pulling me in further.The book has both a coherent plot and is entertaining to read. The characters were life-like and believable. The story was arousing but also intellectually interesting leaving me feeling I wasn't wasting my time reading smut.In addition to being entertained, I also learned a thing or two, which is quite rare when you're reading a work of fiction. The book reveals quite a lot about male chastity, something that seems to be rather popular these days. It seemed clear the author has written about something she knows a good bit about.The pacing was good, never leaving me feeling the story was dragging. While the sexual tension is off the charts in parts, I feel this book fits into the romance genre just as well as in erotica for those who don't mind a bit of especially descriptive sexual languageI recommend the book to anyone who has an interest in male chastity fantasy, especially from the female perspective. Having discovered Katt Ford, I plan to read more of her work.

Great first impression to the life of Chastity. The suprise and imagination that the book gives off keeps you wanting more.

The early parts of this story start off on the (relatively) mild side of the "FemDom" genre and the author does a great job of explaining and showcasing the potential benefits of male chastity in a vanilla-friendly way. As you get toward the later parts it gets quite a bit racier and the character progression accelerates a bit too rapidly, although to be honest the basic plot premise behind the story isn't the most realistic to begin with. Compared to other stories in this genre though, it could be much worse in terms of realism. As long as you can get past that, it's very erotic and engaging. There's a few typographical errors here and there, but overall I enjoyed the writing. It definitely kept me interested until the end and I'll gladly be reading the next 10 parts in the series.

Katt Ford is a wonderful writer. This collection is intricately entwined, and I wholeheartedly recommend all 30 chapters. The first ten introduce our heroine. A not quite innocent shy girl next door type, we all recognize. Kayla is introduced to female domination by a charming, charismatic dominatrix, Megan. Kayla’s journey to becoming a domme is the meat of the first ten chapters. Detailed, fast paced story. The second collection, 11-20, detail Kayla’s and Megan’s continuing journey. Megan recognizes Kayla as a natural and commits to Kayla’s training. Submissive men aren’t up to refusing either Megan nor Kayla. This entertaining story continues with bold actions and reactions. Chapters 21-30 develop Kayla as an accomplished dominatrix to the world, but she remains submissive to Megan. The substance of this section of chapters details Kayla’s emergence as a sensitive dominatrix. Men are locked away and used. Women are used, as well. Real feelings develop among the players. Sensitivities are used and abused. Subs ask for their treatment. Raw passion abounds. Thoroughly entertaining. Can’t put the book down type reading. Some quirky minor technical issues which I overlook may irritate some readers.

Poor Trevor. Getting what he wants, confirming what he is, getting the suffering that he needs. This had enough of everything and not too much of anything. Plenty of cliches, but we like cliches when they're done well. And I like our narrator. Not fair, not reasonable, but if you can say no at any time but you don't, whose fault is that? Oh, and the sex scenes are hot. I've already purchased the second collection. I'll make time to read it soon.

I enjoyed this story as it was very plausible and believable. The new girlfriend embraces the discovery of the chastity device on her new boyfriend and sets about discovering the reason why he is wearing it. She quickly appreciates the many benefits of a locked up boyfriend and matures into her role of alpha female in their relationship very easily. The sex scenes are very descriptive and erotic to a submissive natured reader. The story evolves nicely and ends leaving you wanting more (which is what being a submissive is all about!)

I loved the way this one built up. Characters and situations. This is written directly from the lady's viewpoint. And what a lady.Most of the other authors in this genre seem more concerned with beating their men senseless. This one beats her men using sensual instead.For me Katt has only missed one trick. I can't be the only man with massively erogenous nipples. Gently fondling the nipples of a restrained male while he's at the sink or ironing board, would turn his knees to jelly.But nevertheless, this journey of gradual discovery, without simply being a thrash fest was a delight to read.
