So many men vying for her heart.. What could be wrong with that?
Reality T.V. meets the young and defenseless-looking for all the right things in all the wrong places in this hot and hilarious tale! * Sighs sits back, looks at the teenage daughter. (Who has no clue what I am reading)- “ Yep. This (points to Kindle) is why I don’t watch reality T.V” * * Daughter mumbles something about “my fictional habits vs reality t.v. probably being close to of a call to whatever I was reading”(creepy, she knew that), stalking off still mumbling “adults never stop with the WEIRD” *While my sweet, wonderful daughter, whom I assume still lives in the body that walks around our home and looks at me occasionally has a smallish point, my reality t.v knowledge is not much since I'm not normally a fan, with that in mind: I. LOVED. THIS. BOOK.I could not help but be drawn into the storyline from the very first few pages! The frustrating ever-evolving saga throughout the twisted so sweet storyline had me wanting to throttle certain characters and cheering on the others!Had me all over the place!Emily and Hayden’s connection is off the charts hot! I started to question myself on how much I was enjoying watching the funny, white-hot mayhem unfold * winks *I don’t know how Lauren Landish does it, but with every well written take me away story, I become more invested in the lives of the characters she creates!Fantabulous non-stop read that has me hyped to continue my Obsession with her creative fictional works getting my Grabby Hands On MotorHead! * I heart Mckayla* Infinite Star Novel!#OneClick Material #MustRead

Good read book 6
Even though this is books 6 in the series, you don't need to read it in order. This story has very few over laps with this story. I have never been a fan of reality tv, but this show book was ok. I didn't connect to the events, but I did connect to the characters connections.Overview. Emily was a boring home town girl that didn't live an exciting life. She works as a nanny to Oliver while taking classes part time to become a teacher. She decided to sign up for a reality matchmaker tv series. Emily has to choose between 30 guys. She comes down to 2 people. Hayden and lee. Lee is a YouTube blogger, Hayden is an ex baseball player and model. Both are connecting with Emily but the managing crew deceive everyone to get the ratings they want. Will Emily choose love or abide by the contracts.

FINDING LOVE ON REALITY TV?....IT'S POSSIBLE !
I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book.Emily is the new star on the first season reality show Matchmaker. The show where you find love by dating 30 eligible bachelors. Emily never expected to be the winning submission. A small town girl thrown to the wolves of reality tv.Hayden, a would be baseball player turned model after an injury sidelined his dream, has also signed on to the show. Hayden comes from small town also. He's sexy and tatted up, your typical bad boy. Hayden is just happy he made it out of his town alive. As the limos roll up, Emily gets a first look at the men competing for her. Emily meets Hayden on camera in front of the mansion and there's instant chemistry. She then continues to meet the other men. Lee is also there to win Emily's heart. He's tall, dark, handsome and a gamer geek. Hayden's not impressed. It looks as though these two are going to have a problem. Lee is pushing hard to win over Emily. She's sweet, kind and sexy...not to mention gorgeous. But Hayden has strong feelings also, and is very protective of Emily.Who is in it for the right reasons and who just wants the publicity? An up and coming model or a smooth talking social media influencer? It's an all out war between these two and some behind the scenes manipulators. Who will make it to the finish line and win Emily's heart?GREAT STORYTELLING ! WELL WRITTEN WITH COMPLEX CHARACTERS ! INSTANT ATTRACTION AND RAW CHEMISTRY ! LOTS OF UNINHIBITED SEX FILLED WITH CRAZY, INTENSE PASSION ! ! ! A DEFINITE ONE-CLICK !

YES! Lauren does it again.
I received an advance copy in exchange for my honest review.Emily is the first “contestant’ on a new dating game called ‘Matchmaker’. The girl-next-door nanny doesn’t have a clue what she’s in for. Hayden is a sexy-as-sin ex-baseballer turned model. He has no idea what’s coming.I loved this book! Just a few chapters into the story I was laughing so hard my hubby gave me “the look”. You know the one. The “have you finally gone ‘round the bend?” look. The storyline was fast but plausible, entertaining, and had me invested from the first few pages. Looking forward to the follow-on, “Motorhead” coming in November.

Matchmaker
I received this book as an ARC for my honest review. Another five star story from the awesome Lauren. I loved this book and could not put it down from the very first page. I loved the concept of a real normal beautiful girl going on a reality tv show not knowing really what the show was all about. Emily is just a sweet person who wants to become a teacher. She wasn't really looking for Love until she fell head over heels for Hayden. Hayden a sexy model who wasn't really into the show until he sees Emily. I loved their instant connection. Didn't care for the arrogance of Lee at all and was happy that Emily finally sees through him. I love how Lauren brings her characters to life with her words. Her books are always well worth the read.

Nice little twist...
I loved the premise of this story! I was absolutely enthralled. My main concern was this being a love triangle. But it wasn't. It wasn't anything like that. It was so much more. I loved the pond scene. Very...just wow!The only downfall for me was that a couple of times it seemed rushed. The story progressed nicely but a few spots overlooked some things. But it didn't deter me from reading. It was nice to hear from a few characters from other stories- Oliver and Mindy, Roxy and Cassie and Caleb.I feel like we've come a long way since Anaconda. Really great read. Something a little different. But in the yummy-ist of ways.

Quite the HEA!
Lauren Landish has earned the title “the queen of rom-com" she never disappoints. This series of stand alones are a great mix of humour, wit and steam. The main characters, Emily, Hayden and Lee are on a Reality TV show Matchmaker. First of all, the fact that it takes place on a show like The Bachelor makes it even more fun than usual. If you like reality tv then you'll love this book as it has some great behind the scenes moments you can just imagine happening. This story just flows the way I believe the real shows probably follow. Most things are set up and this follows along that line until you get to the twists of the story.Emily is an unlikely heroine she is a sweet, down to Earth girl. She doesn't sign up originally looking for love but she's totally into it once it gets going.Hayden is a good guy, super hot and genuine. These two deserve the HEA, and it's told from both their points of view so you really feel connected to both of them.LAUREN Landish is so good at writing fun, sexy stories and this is another that you just can’t put down. ‘Matchmaker’ was so entertaining I was anxious to see how it would keep progressing to get to that HEA and it is quite a HEA!

First off, I want to say I really enjoyed the story (5 stars) - a look inside a bachelorette style show and the difficulty of forming a true romance within that time frame and the unreality of filming etc. I adored the secondary character's banter - eg hair and makeup. The nasty stuff the producers got up to behind the scenes was well done, as were all the twists and turns relating to the show.It was nicely written - until the sex scenes happened. For me, they did not suit the 'romance' image of this book. I enjoy reading well written sex scenes in all genres, but the stark, erotic nature of how these ones played out within this context, simply did not work for me and in my opinion dragged the story down. Actually (shock/horror - I rarely say this) I think the book would have been much better without the porno based scenes. You don't need to get to it like rabbits, to 'show' love. Write a slow burn scene, mess with the reader's head. Take your time to write the sex scenes in depth - stretch them out - use sensual words - write about feelings at the same time as showing. Not simply slot descriptive sex in because you are trying to attract a certain audience. Show the reader there's a difference between a romance and a slutty porno. This book was about Hayden and Emily falling in love and I didn't feel that at all.Looking at the ratings though, lots of readers do not agree with me and that's fine, we all have our own opinion. Also, for me, those scenes did not fit in with Emily's character. She blushed constantly and was explained to be a simple girl next door type, who, it was stated, never kissed on the first date and needed time to get to know a man. Emily had a complete character change in seconds, whenever she and Hayden were alone. This is the only way I can describe it :- you're watching a lovely, intense, romance movie, then someone wanders into the room and flicks your TV to a porno movie scene that has lots of dirty talk and "F", "P" and "C" words flying about. Confused, you turn the channel back to your movie - where the sex scene has just wrapped up and the couple are in afterglow - back to romance. Those scenes could have been written so much more beautifully... The scene in the limo at the end clinched my rating, so sorry about that.I will read more from this author.

Sooo goood 👍
I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book and as I expected, I loved it ❤️ - I am a big fan of Lauren Landish. Her books never disappoint. This story is about Emily and Hayden. Emily is sweet and beautiful. She unknowingly signs up for the Matchmaker Reality TV show. The lucky participant gets to pick her own Mr. Right from 30 Bachelors. Hayden’s agent has gotten him an interview for this show and when he gets a look at Emily, he is immediately attracted by her beauty and decides to go for it. Lee is the guy who is getting on Hayden’s nerves, trying to take Emily’s attention away from him. A really fun and entertaining read that doesn’t disappoint.
