Family owned business
I just want to make a comment about the poor review that it wasn't a family owned business. I think they misunderstood. I come from a farming area and there are a lot of family owned businesses. They sell hardware, garden supplies, pet food, all the way up to tractors. It doesn't mean they MAKE all those products, it means they sell them. They support their family by the things they sell, not make. I hope this helps. As for the hose I love it! I hope this is the last one of these hoses I have to buy. I have been replacing them every year but I've also been buying them in the "As Seen On TV" department.

Product is made in China!
I just received my 50 ft hose. When I read the information about the hose it said it was a "family owned business" . I always am happy to support a family business. The tag that accompanies the hose states it is made in China. Should I assume your family lives in China? Is that true?

Exploded on 2nd Use
Received On April 23. On using it the second time on April 29 it got bigger and bigger in one area of the hose. The layers separated, the hose blew up and started spraying water everywhere. I do not recommend this item. Should be rated zero stars for breaking on second use. Would not purchase again.

Best flexible hose ever
Having been a DIY home Gardner for dozens of years, I have used many expandable hoses. I have had to replace many of them which led me to try TripleHose. It’s what I have been looking for. I have used it in the past and it has proven to be the most durable of all flexible hoses. The hose connectors are the strongest I have seen. This will be my go to brand of hose for the rest of my gardening years!

We returned it.
This hose is light weight and easy to handle but has one major flaw. When a spray head is turned off and the water is turned on, the hose expands as expected but it shrinks back to nearly original length as soon as the spray head is turned on.

The Best hose
We have bought many and this brand is our favorite, the fit and finish is the best ! It pays to buy the best and this company has a happy customer for life. Our lifestyle in the southwest is tough on most hoses. Our Cacti and terrain makes most hoses short lived. This brand is very durable and we love it.

Excellent, but ...
This is a really good hose, everything they say about these (stores easily, really flexible, easy to use, light weight) is true.It follows you where you want it, no issues of struggling with the hose bending or twisting against you.BUT, be SURE to mind the instruction to NOT leave the hose pressurized. It WILL ruin the hose if you abuse it this way. It will leak, and it will not retract any more. When you are done using it, make sure to shut off the supply, and open the end and allow the hose to empty out and fully retract. The retraction is strong enough that the hose will pull itself back to the retracted state and drag things with it.

Lightweight, easy to store, but a little different to use it
I love this hose and I have purchased 3 of them over the past few years, all of them still being used. What I love is that they are lightweight, and collapse to a very small size, making them easy to store in a flower pot by the spigot. (Much smaller than other collapsing hoses I have tried) And it doesn't seem to kink at all. I keep them on different decks to use for watering plants. However, they are different than normal hoses, and takes a bit to get used to them. If you open valve on the end of the hose all the way, it actually slows down the water flow. [I presume that the inside of the hose is collapsing due to the Bernoulli's principle.] So it helps to keep some back pressure in the hose as you use it. You can do that by using the hose with the valve on the end of the hose partially closed (valve is included) but that makes the water come out in a strong stream, which may not be good for watering potted plants. Or you can use one of those watering heads to get a nice soft watering effect. Try it out a bit and you will figure out what works best for you. Overall, I really like the hose, mainly because it collapses to such a small size when finished using it, so it's easy to store, and it never seems to kink. It is expensive, but to me the longevity and ease of use make it worth the price.(I have not received any payment or free merchandise for this review)
